We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaWe hosted some wedding celebrations here, and while all the staff were friendly, the event planning staff were not very available or helpful much of the time. The location is not great - very loud at night, not particularly close to anything of great interest despite being in the city center.
The breakfast that was included with our booking was well worth it - the food was incredibly good, and had a wide variety of American, European, and Indian options to choose from for folks who didn't want to eat the same food each morning. The indian food was authentic in flavor and spice - not whitewashed like some places catering to tourists. The sous chef was incredibly helpful in working with our family members who can not eat gluten or dairy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although it was obvious when we checked in to our suite that someone had recently smoked in our non-smoking room, which was a bummer. Still, probably one of the better options in jaipur for a large corporate hotel that isn't specifically a luxury hotel like ITC.

I even told her that i have to exchange the foreign currency but still she forced me to pay even though i extended my stay. The way she was talking and reacting was very rude. The next day there was another girl on reception created so much confusion with the room price. She wasted too much time and called 100 people to get the actual room price. Male staff is much better than female staff

NorwayWhile the staff was very kind and helpful individually, there was an overall lack of structure and communication internally. Any issue would have to be communicated to new people all the time . Very often, multiple people had to be spoken to, to get things resolved. We had a leak in our room one night, and the staff responded promptly and moved us to more expensive rooms (which ended up having constant internet fluctuation despite being a business suite). As a result of this issue, we were offered a free dinner at their restaurant. While this was a very kind gesture from them, during the dinner itself, people kept coming to us and asking us if everything was good. It almost got comical at one point, where we were “asked” by multiple managers if we need anything. We hardly got to sit down quietly and enjoy the meal. My advice is to have a better communication system where make one or two people responsible for specific guests (if needed), so that they are not bombarded by your massive staff constantly. It starts to feel disingenuous for a guest, and one can get very overwhelmed. Staff needs better training in courtesy and helping guests while also respecting their privacy and maintaining boundaries (especially since you are a 5 star hotel)
The managerial staff was very kind and accommodating. They were helpful and responded to queries and issues.

United States of Americanothing the hotel can control, but the honking and dust from the busy intersection in front of the hotel. Also, my room was located across from the elevator and I also hear noises from people passing by.
I booked the Radisson City Center for its restaurants and location for the city tour the following day. I enjoyed seeing the morning staff every morning for breakfast before heading out for the day. They always have smiling faces in the morning. The Chinese and Kebab Factory restaurants are great choices for dinner.

United KingdomWiFi was not satisfactory for a hotel that lends itself to business stays. Kept losing connection. Also unable to use once checked out, despite us having to wait in the lobby for transport. Room decor a little weathered. Lots of bird poo and pigeons around the rooftop pool.
Really friendly staff who would go out of their way to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location near to lots of bars and restaurants. Readily available taxis. Lovely restaurant - good breakfast spread. Enjoyed use of the gym.
