IndiaOn day of arrival & also next day (we stayed for 2 nights), only one set of dental set, complimentary water bottle and no towels were provided. After repeated requests the towels arrived well after an hour on first day and the second day after 30 minutes that too after repeated requests. The manage was well aware there is twin occupancy then why so negligent on provision of complimentary effects.

Hotel staff- polite, helpful, however initiative was desirable. Front desk manager helpful and accommodating. Rooms -large and spacious, bathrooms neat and hygienic with necessary accessories. However the linen/towels could have been better. They did change it on request and found that nice. Parking-large and adequate and safe. Restaurant/food - service was slow, food was decent and simple and tasty but variety was missing. No non-veg.

Indiarooms are very small, bathroom , fixture and amenities are very basic for the price charged. Room service is pathetic. Saw 1 customer blowing off and screwing the entire staff as they took 30 min to get water for her aged father.... when we are paying in excess of 6k per night, such service is very disappointing. Also the staff is not professional , they were helpful, but not professional to handle the crowd.

IndiaFor the cost paid, the class was missing. The size too could be a shade bigger. The bathroom fittings were old. The towels and bed linen should look much newer. Wifi connection was quite poor. Room came with mandatory breakfast. I did not want as I had come for rituals and was carrying own food.

IndiaPer Booking.com, we did not have to pay in advance and can pay at the hotel for our stay. However, received an email from Daiwik Hotels that the payment has to be done in advance otherwise booking would be cancelled. Breakfast did not start on time and had to wait 5-10 mins.

United Statesstaff too slow to respond. rooms were not ready eveb after arriving at 3:00 PM. restauranr staff too slow. If you need Roti's during dinner you have to wait atleast 15 minutes and that too if you find a staff. Staff lower their heads and just clean the plates and are not bothered to look at tables for orders.

IndiaThe price is exorbitant considering its way below the standards of similar and more reasonably priced 3 stars have recently stayed at. The rooms are bit worn out , bathrooms are very basic and not well maintained. Understaffed so service is very slow. Food while tasteful is generally lukewarm and never hot

IndiaBooking.com had given me a room upgrade but the hotel receptionist said it is subject to availability and all junior suites were occupied. Next day again on checking the availability, she upgraded us to a suite. A smile on the face of the front office staff will be welcome 😊
