Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. A good place to stay close to the railway station. Good restaurant at ground floor and nice rooftop for breakfast in the morning and bar in the evening. Very helpful and nice staff. A good choise even a bit more pricy among all the other hotels in this street, but it is worth it.

The elevator was too slow, I had a bad knee, but it was much quicker to use the stairs. Mattress too soft.
I liked the staff attitude and the help they provided. Especially Bhwana, she was very helpful, everyday I was there.

We selected this hotel due to proximity to the railway station. what we liked most was the welcoming and helpful staff. The reception agent Ashok Pandey even went the extra mile and paked for us some snacks for breakfast although officially breakfast was not included in our booking (we left very early for the airport). They gave us a room on the ground floor next to the reception desk which was convenient for a one-night stay. We also liked the availability of the restaurant with delicious food.

We had very good experience with this property...The property is very neat and clean...All staff are very cooperative and respectful...The food at breakfast and dinner we had were very delicious...The rates are also normal....I would like to repeat the stay again during my next trip...Thank you very much Godwin Staff...

Many TV channels but only in Hindi! A few years ago there were MANY foreign channels in many languages, but now none. During jetlag in the middle of the night the TV can be be a helpful friend.
Clean and safe place in busy neighborhood of budget hotels. Restaurant food and service quick and good. Staff was quick to solve problems.

Area around the edge of the shower could do with a good clean.
Nice spacious rooms. Good restaurant and pleasant attentive staff. Nice breakfast. I was particularly impressed with two of their drivers, one was from Nepal and the other from UP. Both had very good English and were very helpful.

It’s all good, compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. Insist for a proper WiFi password with a good service. We had to ask many times 😊
It’s close to the New Delhi railway station, only a walking distance. Worth mentioning it’s close to the platform 01. Platform 16 the other end is in another neighbourhood. TUK TUK ask about INR 150- 200, the moment they recognise you as a visitor.

Break-fast arrangement area is missing hand wash facility which may be small issue but definitely important one.
Staff behaviour. Specially both Mr. Raj Kumar and Mr. Ashok Pandey are very co-operative. Thanks entire team to take care their guests in such manner.

Requested 3 beds well in advance of trip and they gave us 2 beds and a really uncomfortable sofa bed with no pillows or duvet for it.

The facilities are quite old, the linen, although it was clean, was patchy and the noise outside was a lot. So we didn't have a restful night at all, although we were told we were on the quiet side of the hotel.
We checked in quite late to this hotel as we had a tour of Delhi. They upgraded us to a studio room upon check-in, although the deluxe room we had booked also didn't look bad. This was probably as good as you can expect of a budget friendly standard hotel in the middle of Delhi.
