Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We found it odd that the restaurant opened for dinner at 7.00 pm and the Lounge Bar didn't open until 7.00 pm.
For us our room had plenty of space and was comfortable. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful even though our communication in English was sometimes lost in translation. We enjoyed two dinners in the hotel restaurant.

I did not like the nite front desk clerk. They charged me for one cup of coffee the day I arrived at check out. I told them I am not having my breakfast for the day I am checking out. So they should waive the charges. I think he was a little stupid. The charge was only 57 rupees. But it was the matter of courtesy.
The rooms were clean. Most of the front staff were very helpful.

Do not step out of the hotel compound, Aurangabad is one of the dirtiest city.
The staff, rooms are good, Breakfast was excellent.

The shower unit leaked a bit so most of bathroom floor got wet when showering.
Lovely hotel. Good location near railway station. Walking distance from town. Friendly staff. Very keen the attentive in restaurant where we ate breakfasts and evening meals. Room cleaned daily. All very prompt service etc. would recommend.

The Hotel has all the necessary requirements for anyone passing through, as was our case - the aim was to visit the caves of Ajanta and Ellora. The bathroom had little space, particularly to store hygiene products, but it was clean. The hotel's greatest asset is its excellent restaurant: after long visits during the day, being able to get to your room, take a shower and go downstairs for a good dinner is very pleasant.

Location on busy road and flyover. Had bizarre policy of not serving alcohol in restaurant to single men only to "families"

Poor choice of options during breakfast, WiFi is not very good. Waiter on dinner was not very friendly: I asked not spicy dish but it was still spicy however he said no sorry and just promised it is not spicy
Modern furniture, very comfortable bed. Shower always has hot water.

There was no real lobby so nowhere to relax outside your room ( except the bar ) .

What a really lovely hotel, quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful organising all our taxi cars (which I must add that the drivers were really good and helpful also). When sonething was needed the staff were very prompt in organising or getting it for us. The restaurant has a good choice of food, and breakfast was adequate. The hotel also has a small bar, which is a bonus. This is more than a 3-star hotel. We would happily stay here again and will recommend to friends.

There is not a nearby good restaurants with a different style of food service. Sometime you prefer to enjoy a different style of food and cooking.
The hotel Green Olive is at a good location closer to the airport and we received a complimentary ride from the airport. It is very clean with friendly and smiling staff. The restaurant is also cleaned and foods were very tasty. The hotel recommended taxi service is excellent specially our driver associate, Mr. Anwar took an extra effort to book our taxi from Bombay to Pune this morning. No one could expect a better service with amount of money paid. I wIll use the hotel facility if I plan to revisit Aurangabad.

The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short, meaning I soaked the room every time I had a shower. Restaurant good but not great.
