Need an auto to get everywhere- we used a cheaper auto driver than offered at the hotel- but I think that’s most places in Jaipur.

Room was nice and big, good bathroom facilities and the breakfast was really good! Staff were accommodating to our needs also.

Excellent, no frills hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a noisy neighbourhood but it's close to everywhere you need to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Because it is in the city, it is quite noisy. It is better to sleep with earplugs. Washing room near breakfast space was not cleaned. Personal which serve breakfast also not very attentive

Thank you to the staff at HR Palace for such a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was unwell at the time, and the reception & room service staff went out of their way to bring food and go to the pharmacy. It has a nice rooftop restaurant that serves good food. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Breakfast is on the roof so it's nice and quiet. The room is big enough and the shower had good water flow (not always common in India). Walking distance from the train station. There's an ATM around the corner. It wasn't too noisy

Parking is a mess. There is no proper space for parking and hotel staff did not coordinate well to inform the client well in advance.

No good restaurants nearby except for a Rajasthani thali restaurant. The locality is noisy, not that the hotel can do anything about it. If possible the hotel should add a safe locker in the room for valuables.

I stayed in the Royal Delux Room with a balcony. We were 3 persons, so had to use an extra mattress. The furniture was good - bed, wardrobe, study table, coffee maker, space for bags. The room smelt good, the blankets, coverings all good. Had good sleep all the nights for a fresh start next morning. Room size and bathroom size were perfect. Bathroom was very clean and housekeeping was also good. The AC was perfect with quick cooling. Wifi was slightly slow but it's ok for open wifi. Breakfast is just enough for a 3* hotel and for the price we paid. Location is alright with access to metro in short walk or tuk tuk. Hotel is very family safe, I didn't face any issue at all. Lot of grocery shops and phamacies around for quick consumables, water etc. Overall cleanliness and hygiene were good. Mr. Anuj and the reception staff were all very helpful.

The Palace with small yard snd roof Therasse was great. Beautiful and big room with balcony. Super clean. Personal was nice and supportive in all requests : orginised the driver for Jaipur, bought train ticket, borrowed iPhone charger. Thank you very much

It's not much, but for the breakfast: leave the coffee on free access (10-15min to receive it while their was almost nobody was long) and maybe add more thing to eat not spicy (european stomachs are weak after several days ^^').

There were some leakage issues with the bathroom faucets. The furniture was old and not very clean.

The location is decent with easy availability of taxis. Rooms are spacious. Service for water and tea was fast.

Staff was supportive and honest too. I paid extra money by mistake to the hotel's taxi driver. On request the money was returned. Thanks to the hotel staff and the driver Sh. Bhajan Lal.

The orange "juice" at breakfast turned out to be orange squash. Pigeon problem outside the room's window, which could be solved with netting.

The room was comfortable, if a little tired. Good bathroom though, again a little tired. Great rooftop restaurant. The room was quiet and a good night's sleep was had.

Water bottle was chargeable . That’s kind of crazy as it should be complementary anywhere in India or outside . All hotels serve at least two bottles of water .

It’s a decent property very near to the railway station and accessible to many good restaurants and other parts of old city .

My third floor room was very loud from chair movement in the restaurant above. 7 am to 11 pm. Hard to find a boring location in India but this hotel found one. Must travel a bit to see or eat anything interesting

It is very noisy and not as clean as in the photos. Internet was not good. Value for money was not the best.

The hotel is a decent one from outside and some of the rooms are ok. The service was very friendly.

The first room we were given had a bad smell as someone had been smoking in it. However the staff were very apologetic and changed our room immediately.

Lovely hotel with lots of character and some nice old furnishings. Good location.
