We had a fantastic two nights at the Imperial. The rooms very fantastically spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were as always, attentive and professional but not too full on. We ate both evenings at hotel restaurants and had fantastic meals. Overall with the location and hotel amenities, the Imperial remains my hotel of choice when in Delhi.

As a regular guest I appreciated that the hotel reopened outdoor terrace for breakfast and dinner. The check-in in the room was a nice new touch. And the pool is exceptional!

The tap in our bath/shower needed repairing & made turning the water on a little difficult. Everything else was wonderful!

The staff, the services, the accomodation is all very top notch. Little details always provided. Experts only here. The property is fantastic, inside out, and throughout is like walking through a massive art gallery. Well-maintained historical place that doesn’t feel dated at all. Extraordinarily friendly and courteous staff, made us feel so welcome and well-looked-after. Utterly gorgeous hotel. You can get lost in any of the common spaces looking at the art and antiques. Rich with history, including a table at which Gandhiji and Pundit Nehru sat, which makes your hair stand on end. Cannot recommend more.

There is nothing I can put in that I didn’t like about this property. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I visit Delhi.

I have to say the staff are all amazing; totally customer focused and very flexible. I became ill in Delhi from food I ate outside and the chef was extremely flexible to the type of food. I needed to eat to help me recover. The staff were also aware of my illness and constantly asked me how I was recovering. In terms of customer service, hotel, excellent staff , and hotel facilities, this has to be the number one hotel in Delhi.

I had an issue with my credit card while travelling and even if I could fully pay my stay my bank wouldn’t allow the hotel to do a pre payment for “extras” the staff was very rigid and strict about it - I had a member of staff running after me after I had a coffee because I had to pay directly and not put it on room, this was very upsetting.

For me, one of the best Hotel in Delhi, it looks-feels authentic, with real class and history. The restaurants are amazing, my room was beautiful and super comfortable. The spa is incredible, I had the best massage and the manager was extremely welcoming

The car services they offered were unnecessarily expensive (except for the included airport transfer, which was lovely) so we booked most of our drivers through third party apps like Viator. I would appreciate a mid tier car service that’s not so pricey!

Stunning building. Beautiful art everywhere. Delicious breakfast (a real standout) and tasty restaurants overall. Very pleasant swimming pool.

Elegant and intimate historic luxury. Public spaces, F+B, pool, etc. all fantastic. We had a 1BR suite and were reluctant to leave it. Patiala Peg and Spice Route absolutely wonderful. Tour of property highly recommended.

The service at the hotel is impeccable. I was assisted at breakfast by a lovely gentleman called Nitan who assisted me in embracing an Indian breakfast.
