You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The building of the hotel is old. It seems a renovation is needed. Also room furnitures very old.
Location is good, behind it is a small modern district with nice cafes for breakfast and coffees. Couple of options.

Excellent location-- 20 minutes from the airport, busy (and noisy) during wedding season with noise carrying through the walls, slightly overpriced but very relaxing spa and well-equipped gym.

Signage should be part of a hotel’s standard operating procedure! It should be pre-emptive, rather than reactionary or after the fact!
Everything was great except that the custodial staff need training! The lobby level rest room was overflowing and in bad shape with no signs posted, cautioning guests about slipping and falling hazards! I have brought this to the attention of management.

Advertise appropriately. People are booking rooms with their family in mind. List out exactly what is in the room and how many beds.
The room was advertised as "executive double rooms with 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed". This was inaccurate. We were informed when we got there late at night that it was 2 twin beds OR 1 queen bed. For a family of 5, I expected there to be at least 2-3 beds. I had to spend more to include a rollaway bed in the room. This was the only negative point in the trip, and the front desk personnel were not as customer friendly in addressing this issue. All other personnel were very accommodating and I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff at the restaurant. They were a pleasure. The facilities itself was good as well.

The rooms are absolutely nozsoundproof, so you can hear everything. And as the hotel is favourite for weddings, in the mid of the night guests return to continue the party, so impossible to sleep with jet lag Staff is not reacting to mesages via booking and email before your arrival
Staff openess to help when you are already at the hotel. Reasonable prices at the restaurant. Good location.

The room service staff are gloomy and sad faced without exception!..Probably they are not happy about working over there…had asked the front desk for booking a cab which they said they had done but was surprised to come down after half an hour and learn that it was yet to be booked!
Location!..Within Half an hour drive from the international Airport..very close to shopping centres and malls.

The hotel is unfriendly to the guests comfort as whole night, there was loud party noise and shouting in the corridors till 2 am. Could not sleep well though had checked in at 11:30 pm and checked out at 9 am

There was a wedding event being held in the courtyard and the noise went on late into the night / early hours of the morning. Our room over looked the courtyard so it was very difficult to sleep. I completely understand that events will be held at the hotel, but I thought the hotel should at least have let us know about it and maybe try have guests not attending the event put up in rooms on the other side of the hotel.

Rooms do not have sufficient soundproofing. They are connected to each other with interior doors through which it is very easy to hear what is happening in the adjacent room. I had trouble sleeping due to hearing talking, coughing, and TV watching in the neighboring room. Moved rooms the second night but still noticed the same issue. Probably not a concern for everyone but if you are light sleeper then take note.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice swimming pool. Large rooms with nice bathrooms. Good location and food is up to the mark. Leed certified building. Good value.
