IndiaThe hotel bathroom water flow was not very smooth. With no bathtubs we wanted buckets which was provided only on second day of stay.
The Hotel is close to railways station and well connected. Hotel surroundings are safe and good with many option to have food outside the hotel restaurants. My young kids enjoyed the stay very much. You can take city transports like Auto on the go as well.

IndiaWe did not realize at the time of booking that this is more of a businessman's hotel . Reputed companies put up their staff here for conventions, etc. We were on holiday. ..
Overall, all the food ,both breakfast buffet and a la carte meals in room service were excellent. The r/s waiter who was a special person, had the best smile of all the staff we encountered. We felt that the reception and restaurant staff could have been relaxed and smiled more.

IndiaThere was no hot water for the 2 days of my stay. Even after calling and letting them know they would just tell me to leave the water running till it turns hot. When it didn’t work after almost 2 hours they gave me a bucket of hot water with a tumbler.
It looked good on the outside and the rooms look ok.
