Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Got a free room upgrade to the sea view room. We could only stay for 12 hours due to other commitments but the property is old but well maintained. The staff does their best to give the best service. .

The service is incredible. From the communication before our stay, to offering special upgrades at reasonable rates, to following through on everything they promised. Even though it's a big hotel, they treat you as a special individual. Loved it.

United KingdomNothing really but if I had one thing it would be more choice on the bar menu. We did'nt want to eat a big meal every night as the breakfast was so filling so we chose the bar menu however there was not much choice on this. The pool bar menu could have been served only if the chefs were not busy which they were, so we never got to choose from this but it was fine.
EVERYTHING.. Have stayed in many luxurious hotels but this one tops it off. Staff are a credit to the owners, so professional and polite and cant do enough for you. Too many to name. Food choice is incredible, location is superb as out of the city noise and in a quiet location, easy to get a Tuk Tuk waiting outside the hotel or hotel can arrange transport for you but at a much higher cost. Rooms a luxury and spotless clean, Outside gardens, pool area just so beautiful , hotel is constantly topped up with most beautiful flowers daily, it literally is a palace, I felt like a queen not a princess!

The breakfast was superb .. everything and more ! Staff attentive and met all our needs I want to say a special thank you to the Duty Manager on the concierge desk Ms Shrima who went beyond her call of duty to help me with my parcel that kept going back and forth from the post office She told me not to worry and would go collect it healed if need be. True to her word she made arrangements for it to be picked up as it was getting close to us leaving. A big thank you Shrima 🙏
