Bedsheet were torn and bleaching is missing, which appears black in color. Some sort of smell on pillows (May be old material). Toilet flush was broken and no intention to fix it. It is old property with great place but looks like owner Mr Firdaus could not able to manage facility team and vendors. Few more small small things which owner has to upgrade to make great place to stay. I shared my points to their team so hope we can see better things during next visit. Thanks

Swimming pool is clean, property location is one of the best in Panchgani.

The room was not upto the mark as displayed in the pictures online. The bedsheets were torn and the bedsheets were too old and lot of smell was coming.. We didn't find the stay worth the money. Though the staff was friendly.

I missed the hot water in bathroom, at least no geyser as well as could not feel if water heating powered by solar. The other thing which was little disappointing for me was linen in room (Bedsheet, Blanket or Pillows & their cover) were old, with spots and bit yellowish due to their age; however, I got a set of linen on demand which was in little better condition.

I liked the location not too far from city centre of Panchghani and not too close where it's noisy due to city traffic, so it is very peaceful. The valley view from the room is awesome and the staff is very courteous. At backside good size pool and again very good open space to enjoy your tea, breakfast lunch or dinner with valley view.

Property is very good...but should be maintained properly...there was no maintenence and it's detoriating.

We reached there in evening and they said we dont have bookings but actually it was there with booking.com, then they said to cancel me on site and take another offline with higher pay. So i felt it is like they gives our booked room to other if we didnt reach on 11 am , actual checkin time. But that should not be the case as we have not cancelled it. They should call us and ask if they felt we are not coming.

Staff is very friendly. And service is also good.

Bathroom flush button was broken. Tv was not working. No wi-fi in rooms but cellphone signal was decent. Several maintenance issues.

Rooms were not maintained / cleaned before handing it for stay. Lot of work (TV/Lights/Washroom) were done after we called for help.

Swimming pool facility was good, room selected was non-AC but was comfortable for Panchgani. Breakfast was okay, dinner was good.

Flush panel was broken in the bathroom. Swimming pool was not that clean. Restaurant was closed and only online order from outside was the option.

It is easy to reach and having good view of the valley. It is peaceful and located far from the crowdy areas. Swimming pool is good in size. Enough parking space. Facilities like table tennis, pool, carrom, chess etc. is a bonus especially when travelling with family with kids.

There were only table fans other than the bedroom and one washroom for 6.

It was a good option if stay for a group of 6 people at good location!

The cost of food was very high, it was twice compared to what we get outside, snooker was chargeable @350 per hour, connectivity is not good
