You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaShower drain was completely clogged and showerhead was not working. On complaint, this was fixed on the same day. At the rooftop restaurant, we were told we can bill things to our rooms, but still a waiter showed up at my room at 11:40 pm and insisted I pay immediately not even the next day was possible even though we were staying for two more days at the same hotel. The hotel room key stopped working every evening and had to be recalibrated, plus check out took over an hour even though I had paid everything in advance and taken nothing from the minibar, due to a calculation error which it took 6 staff to solve for one checkout and still took over an hour. All in all, it could run much better.
Hotel was close to the airport and clean, staff was generally helpful, breakfast was one of the best I've had ever.
