I thought that the property is a little old and the rooms are showing signs of wear and tear. Only that I feel needs to be managed.

The Gardens are all very well maintained. The food is exceptional. All of us loved the food. Special mention for the bakery items in the breakfast buffet. They all tasted extremely good.

Few sun beds, and had to wear a shower cap before entering the pool. A bit strange for Europeans

The internet was a major issue with frequent disconnections and horrible speed. I had to use my phone internet only most of the time and connect with my office laptop for work. This is something that needs to be upgraded please.

The stay was very nice overall for the 6 nights we stayed there. The options for breakfast are endless and it is literally a feast. Amazing taste of whatever we had for breakfast with 5 star hospitality. Even the dine in options that we ordered in our room were finger licking good. Kudos to Pallavi & the entire team.

Amazing property, plenty to do inside the property, kids friendly with lots of kids indoor and outdoor activities, excellent breakfast spread with good choices. This property definitely meets the standard of 5*. I'm for sure gonna visit here again!!

Food was not up to mark in any restaurant and not worth the price we paid. The pizza which we had near the lounge was horrible we informed it to the chef as well. Breakfast was little better

The gardens of all the rooms are connected limiting privacy. Room could use a little more utility based lights.

We were invited to a few wedding functions throughout the day and decided to book a room for comfort. Our room surpassed all our expectations. We stayed in the Alexandria Rooms. The room had a nice garden attached, a large bathtub and a comfortable bed. Apart from this, the complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety and all the food was delicious!

The property is huge, with a lot of amenities. It is picturesque and beautiful. Egyptian theme is good.

The indoor and outdoor gaming options could be enhanced a bit. Also since the property is quite big - it would be better to have an indoor warm swimming pool which would be good for children (considering the cold weather of Pune).

The Resort on whole, is well maintained. Very cozy and comfort feeling during the stay. The Cuisine options are also vivid and tasty. The Staff is very friendly and takes extra care of all the Customers. So overall had an Excellent Stay in the resort.
