The rooms very spacious and clean, and had incredible natural light! The staff is super courteous and service was prompt. The location is great and easily accessible. Check in and check out were smooth. One of our rooms had an early check in and Umesh Kumar made sure our request was considered. It is totally value for money! I will certainly recommend it to anyone I know if they’re travelling to Delhi.

It's a 4 star hotel but had no alcohol. The room service was very slow.

The wifi was not working in my room for 2days in room 105 and after requesting they changed my room after 2days. If not for the wifi problem this was an excellent stay.

The staff were excellent specially the front desk, Really sweet and always accomodating. The restaurant food was extremely yummy.

No alcohol available, not even beer, in a hotel supposedly 'western friendly'. Not good enough. Also, some of our party asked to change currency and were told it was not possible. The following day, one of our party was tols it was no problem, by the same member of staff.

Location is very handy for the Metro and the Hauz Khas area. Super friendly staff and really good food in the restaurant. Room was bigger and cleaner than I expected - so very good value for money. Will definitely stay again

The bed linen could be cleaner . The cover of the comforter wasn’t clean ..

They were not really helpful with organizing the tour for us around Delhi that we requested via email. We got generated reply and then we found out that they can organize car but not the guide as well. The receptionist on the call that night didn't really speak good english.

We stayed for one night only in this hotel. They serve some decent food in their restaurant but breakfast is a bit too pricey for what you get. Rooms are big and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay there

I don't think it's worth the price. The room I got was detached from the main Hotel rooms, even though they charged the same amount. I had to take the lift and then the stairs since there was no direct lift to this specific room. It looked old and unclean. There were lots of mosquitos for which when I complained they came to apply 'Hit' and they were expecting me to sleep in that air-conditioned room after that so that I can die of smelling that poison. I ordered Biriyani which was expensive and pathetic. The breakfast was fine.

Checkin day - a weird smell of smoke from the room when we entered but room was immediately changed to an upgraded one. Feel like rooms could have better ventilation.

Overall a pleasant stay. A great room. Staff had ensured a comfortable stay. All of the house keeping staff cared well. Special mention Manoj. Staff at reception was also very pleasant to talk to. Staff was quick in resolving any issues.

Friendly staff who was there with a smile to help. The housekeeper Jagdish was so nice and made sure room is arranged everyday. Food is fine eventhough not much of a spread. Recommended for business travelling.
