Really good position in the center of Reykjavik, everything can be reached by walking. The staff was kind and very helpful, especially the girl at the reception at the check-in. Good breakfast.

Bathroom was tiny and shower rail was slightly broken.. it wasn't a big deal for us, but for the money we paid I feel it should be a bit better.

Location was perfect - walking distance to main street with lots of restaurants etc. Breakfast was great - loads of choice, nice coffee. Staff were helpful and room was ok for what we needed as a two.

A nice place to stay in Reykjavik

The information provided by both Booking.com and the hotel regarding was confusing, as each source said something different. The shower in our room struggled to drain and looked as though it was about to flood after a normal length shower (5-7min). Additionally, the lounge off of the front lobby looked as though there would be a bar, though there was not a bar.

Fosshotel Lind was a great place to stay in Reykjavik. Its location was convenient enough to walk downtown, without being too close to the nightlife. The staff were polite and friendly, and happy to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in years!

I would have liked to have been able to pay cash in Icelandic kronur, but was told it could only be in euros. Also no knowledge of the buses that ran from the bus station 300m away.

Thin walls. We could hear someone coughing all night and it severely impacted our sleep. Also, our triple room barely had room to move. We couldn’t even get our cases in the room!!

Location was great. Bar and eating area were just lovely. Very well appointed.

Very small rooms. Furniture too big for the room, made it feel very squashed. En-suite is a wet room with no shower tray and very small.

Great location. Free parking (albeit limited). Good choice at the breakfast buffet.

Excellent hotel, the location was on a quiet road and within easy access to everywhere you'd need. The room was small, but I was on my own and out all day exploring thr beautiful country so the size didn't come into question. The staff were always around if help was required. Internet access was excellent. And the breakfast had so much choice, enough to keep me going all day. Would definitely recommend

The shower was rather small and had no base to it so would wet the majority of the bathroom floor. However, for the price paid in Iceland, being short on space is a choice we made and overall we’re happy with that choice as we spent most of our time out exploring.

Comfortable beds and lovely pillows. The onsite car parking was very convenient and we would walk the 15 minutes into the main shopping strip.

It was very windy while we were there and the rear parking lot doesn't have direct access to the hotel. Not a big deal, but it did mean a bit of a walk to get inside while carting luggage.

Room was clean, beds comfortable and location not too far to walk to main city center. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Nice sitting areas near lobby and breakfast area if you want somewhere to relax beyond your room.

Groups allocated multiple rooms were inconsiderate/noisy when arriving departing the hotel. Obviously the hotel has little control over this.

My room was at the end of the corridor with a view of the street. It was nice to have and open a window. Breakfast each morning was pleasant in the restaurant downstairs. Food selection/variety catered for all nationalities. All staff were polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, thank you.
