Room was a little tight and small, and looks dated. Selection at breakfast was quite limited.

The lady at the reception on the night we checked in was exceptionally helpful. There's a Bonus supermarket just around the corner

The only thing was that the staff was trying to be helpful but then there was some confusion when we asked for help booking our flybus ride to the airport. I would recommend just doing it on your own online.

Good location walkable to harbor and downtown. Comfortable beds with cozy blankets, good breakfast. No hot water kettle in the room but there was hot water, tea and cake out in the restaurant in the evening

Bathrooms were a problem. My toilet stopped flushing on first morning but had been repaired by the time I came back as room had been serviced. My brother couldn't get the shower in his room to work properly. Breakfast was adequate and a reasonable choice but absence of any hot food was a bit of a disappointment. Location of hotel was fine for us and we knew where it was when we booked but it probably wouldn't suit everyone.

Parking facilities are excellent. Free WiFi worked perfectly.

Well situated, lovely and clean - great breakfast, with complimentary hot drinks and cake was an added bonus. The kids enjoyed the games room after a long day of walking / sight seeing. Staff very friendly and Free parking too!

The common areas of the hotel were in good condition but there were a few things in need of repair in our room. The shower head holder was broken and one section of the curtain was hanging off.

The hotel was very relaxed and welcoming. There was a good selection for breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities were available at any time with cake in the evening. The location was convenient for bus meet ups and getting into city centre. The boys enjoyed playing the games available.

Only thing we didn't like was the shower curtain, however it seems that other hotels also have these.

Very friendly staff, they were happy to help with any issues we had. The free hot drinks and cake of an evening was a lovely touch. Great location, 30 mins walk to the centre of downtown (in deep snow, probably quicker in better weather), so close enough to not need any transport but far enough that it was lovely and quiet at night. Bus stop for tours 10 min walk away which was perfect.

Just 1 pillow each, and towels were quite small, but clean and adequate.

Basic but plentiful cold beakfast, the rooms we had were clean, comfy beds, lots of hot water for showers. Adjustable radiators. Lift to upper floors. clean and adequate. Near to local bus stops and shops.
