the location works well for whoever needs to have close access to the stadium and its whereabouts the shower room was a tad small but otherwise very clean breakfast was as expected - nothing out of the ordinary but the basics were included

ask for room away from road as there is significant road noise, can hear neigboring rooms,

Unable to access balcony , but I'm sure if I asked they would have arranged for me. But I don't like disturbing owners for trivial matters.

Security of hotel , excellent position.and the exceptional help of Ellena. Also if guests want to travel around Rome, €1.50 gets you 100 minutes of bus rides , with tickets available from tobacco stands

You need to have 4 different keys to access to your room. Transportation from the airport is very challenging. The bathroom is narrow, old and not very practical. Check out at 10am is really early. The door to balcony was not fully closing.

The hotel is located at a nice neighborhood and a nice building, not so far from the city center (not so close either). There are some pubs and restaurants close by. Renato was kind and really helpful while checking in. The room was generally clean and tidy. Don't expect much from the breakfast since it is composed of some packaged foods but still better than nothing. The bed was clean and OK. The prices are reasonable.

We had to wait for a few minutes to get hot water.

The location was perfect. The rooms were kind of vintage but very efficient and clean. There were cool sofas in the hall between the rooms.

Hard to find, no signage or instructions. Didn’t expect an apartment with “2–4” for buzzer. Shower had less water flow than sink and never got warm.

Having 4, yes, 4 keys just to get into your room from the main gate. Unfortunately we had a large water leak from the shower that came into the bedroom area. The young lady who was there was very apologetic and done what she could to help clean up but the problem wasnt solved when were there.

Location was great. Walking distance for everything especially for the rugby.

we had two rooms and both bathrooms were terrible- old, small showers and not very comfortable at all. The curtains to the room were all wet - so clearly had just been washed with no time to dry them so they just hung them up.

We were going to a game at the stadium so the location was good

Very well situated, busy area with a lot of restaurants and pubs. 10 min. Walk from the stadium.

Breakfast is what it is. But from the advertisement, it was always missing butter or chesse or yoghurt or both. Insisting for paying in the momment of arriving was unpolite. It was written that room is with balcony, but there was a metal door and window grill and locked!? We asked to be open but nothing.( like in prison)

Location is excellent, close to Olympico, few steps from Tibar bank, you can fell the smell of Rome in the small lovely restaurants nearby.
