Room was a little small, but it was literally just used for a stop over before heading to the airport.

Good location near to the airport, and a great host who was fluent in many languages, as well as being very helpful.

The coffee. It was a commercial machine and it came out and small paper cups. You could choose different types, espresso, latte, etc., but the coffee overall was pretty bad. The breakfast was typical Italian continental and was sufficient but would have been much better with better coffee.

The EneaHouse is a very nice, typical little Italian villa. It has lots of charm. It was super nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly, although at times hard to locate if needed.

We were traveling with a handicapped person. The bathroom and shower did not have safety bars and a couple of steps were required to enter the room.

Convenient to FCO. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Breakfast bar and coffee were great.

We booked here for one night as a staging point for travel from Genoa to Rome for departure to home. The staff was very accommodating as we arrived past check-in due to needing to change from flight to rail to get to Fiumucino. They were very gracious in ensuring we were comfortably checked in and then opened the breakfast early and provided a shuttle service to the airport earlier than their opening time.

Communications. Pre arrival information was adequate, all by email. The final confirmation email listed a phone number to contact the property...it was not the correct number. When we arrived at the Rome airport we had great difficulty getting a ride to the property, I tried numerous times to contact the staff but the number wouldn't connect. Only after finally getting there (almost 3 hours later) did we find out the number was incorrect.

The property was very nicely furnished, the nicest of all the places we stayed during our trip to Italy. Very secure, access to the property was only through a coded gate. Staff was wonderful, very accommodating. Room was large, bed was very comfortable

We stayed for just one night during a long layover between our flights. The apartment is a convenient 15-minute drive from the airport, and it was clean, cozy, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Arrival was not perfect as owner was not there despite our having said when we hoped to arrive and he had not given us instructions in advance on how to gain entry to the property resulting in our waiting on the street not knowing how to gain entry.

The location is close to the Fiumicino airport and Ostia a nice town with many beaches and restaurants.

I have a huge reservation about the breakfast. Breakfast was very poor and insufficient. Everything was very sweet something like cakes, croassants, milk, donuts y etc. There werent salt breakfast, like eggs, fruits, vegetables. I have never come across this type of breakfast anywhere and it made me very worried. However, a few meters next door there is a supermarket with a wide selection of food.

The staff was very helpful, nice, kind, ready to help at any time. Everybody there were absolutly perfect! Enea house was very clean, good beds, near the airport. :) Good accomodation for one or two night when you have some meeting or waiting to another airplane but if you want to good breakfast and stay there longer time than only one night, for example for holiday, I dont recommend this accomodation.

Host called way too many times to know the arrival time when I specified that I would have arrived late (after 11PM). Transport to the airport way too expensive (25 euros for 10 minutes drive). Room was not well insulated.

They r nice but onky some multi lingual were nice enuf to drop me at train but this home is out in a suburb and not easy to get uber to go there its not at all convient location if u just need to stay in fumicimo its gud they nice but there s nothing around nor is uner easy so arrange shuttle with time it took me to get uber from apo i cuda took train to rome. It is what it is but only if u really just want to stay fumicino get their paid transport uber take forever

Thomas the owner made me feel at home from the first second I arrived, he helped me with all the things I needed without me having to ask. Ordered me a taxi to the airport, showed me where the nearest restaurants were and more. The place was very clean, cozy and inviting. Highly recommend

close to airport and they got us there on time but $15 per room for the 6 min drive is a bit expensive. Rooms are good size, showers are small, grounds are lovely, breakfast was a nice bonus Downside on location is there is nowhere to shop or really dine within walking distance.
