It was kinda far from the city center and definitely needed some kind of transportation to get to certain parts of the city.

There was an elevator to get to the room with all our luggage. It was located near the train station.

Information about the self-check-in app was only in one confirmation email, easy to miss. The phone number to accomodation doesn't work during night (problem only in context missing check-in instructions), during day fast reactions via WhatsApp.. I strongly recommend the owner to update the instructions to be visible directly in the booking com app or to bookingcom support to be helpful in time, when your phone is shutdown

2 not so good points: impossible to find parking and if you do find it don't move your car until the day you check out..which is possible as you can just walk almost anywhere...the water in the bathroom.. really slow once flushed the toilet..in case you need to flush it twice...it takes ages...but very weak also in the shower ..the shower head nozzle was full/ clogged with limescale and water was just splashing everywhere.. let alone the bidet.. They could do better .. maybe their cleaning team?

The place is a little run down and full of dust. I did not object it too much over 1 night. But for 70e/night I'd expect a little tidier setup with no broken lamps (:

The room was private and the self-checkin was easy (once I've asked the manager for the codes via the app). I've had a room with a balcony and this was great to work at. The actual desk in the room is a bit gloomy.

The only recommendation is to slightly improve the breakfast offer in the restaurant.

The room is in a great location, close to the subway, so all the famous sites of Rome are accessible within a few stops. The room is clean and spacious.

Extremely small room, even smaller bathroom, paper-thin and very dirty walls so you could hear even when the neighbors were peeing, the sheets weren’t changed at all during our stay, actually they didn’t clean the place at all during our stay. All in all, disappointed. The room was not at all what you see in the pictures.

The owner was very helpful and answered quickly to every question on whatsapp.

Where to start, it wasn’t really made clear that this was simply a bedroom in an apartment with a shocking entrance system, I didn’t see the message about the app to enter so we were looking for the apartment for a good half an hour and a local resident offered to help but said he didn’t know either then the only way to gain access to the apartment after inside the building was a button in the app (so if you don’t have battery you’re screwed or internet to download said app) but that didn’t work properly we were pressing the button numerous times and it just wouldn’t open! Then inside the room there really wasn’t much, 2 single beds pushed together, an over the top large wardrobe that for short trips seems pointless, a fold out table with 1 stool, a balcony luckily with table and chairs for 2 then the bathroom which was reasonably sized! We had onward travel in the early hours so tried to shower before bed and had no hot water at all so had to try rinse shampoo out with freezing water, messaged the host to which he responded hours after at gone midnight that ‘the tank must be empty but should be ok now’! Not good enough! The walls are paper thin so we could hear our neighbours as if they were in the room with us so we probably should’ve realised there was no hot water left after they’d both been in the shower! I read a previous review about the door handle to the bathroom being a screw, it still it just tightened so it’s not stuck out 😂 Everything looks like it’s bodged to make do and this was actually one of the most expensive stays during our trip and quite frankly the worst, I get staying in Rome would be expensive but when it’s almost half an hour by bus I wouldn’t class that as the centre of Rome! We stayed here purely because of our 6am train from Ostiense to make it easier but I would’ve rather stayed at the far end of Rome and walked to the train station than pay this price again for what we received

The rooms are smaller than in the pictures and poorly sound isolated, we could hear people leaving early in the morning, flushing toilets, etc. We also had small bugs in the bathroom during the whole stay. Towels were changed once during the 4 night stay (because we asked for this during check in) and otherwise room was not cleaned (not even taking the trash out). We only tried breakfast at Air bar once and gave up for other days as it was a small croissant and some coffee. The place had far better ratings when we booked (5 months ago) than our experience now (also evidenced by other more recent reviews), so I hope they can turn things around for new visitors.

The property is located only couple of metro stations from the city centre and well connected and close to Trastevere and Testaccio as well. The app we used for information about the room and for check in was super handy. We were able to check in early because previous tenants checked out early and in general 1pm check in is earlier than most places which is great for those arriving to Rome with early flights. Wifi was free and working well and the terrace is nice.

In one if our nights stay there was a lot of noise coming from the next room. There was a kind of little chaos.
