Communication between the B&B and myself. I had to wait nearly 24 hours for a reply to my questions (which weren't actually answered). Before arriving, I had asked for, via email, a telephone number to call in case of emergency, and if there was the possibility of arriving between 12 and 13 (simply to drop a bag).

Location (in an interesting area, and not too far from the station and the bus route to the città alta) value for money. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff at the associated 'locanda' (but not quick at answering email queries beforehand).

At night there wasn’t hot water, but in the morning there was. I guess they ran out of hot water at the end of the day.

It was good that it was self check-in and out. The room was cozy and nice. The neighborhood was quiet.

We really liked the online check-in which allowed us to arrive whenever we wanted and we didnt need to deal with anything else. We appreciate the daily cleaning.

very hard to find, it is no signs at the entrance where to open the gates. we were standing around 30min outside at midnight trying all the ways to open gates, calling to the given adress. it is a shame be without any signs where the entrance is.

The check-in was a bit confusing having the structure two different close-by locations, one for the reception and one for the bedrooms. The two are not very well marked. Overall though the staff was easily reachable and very helpful.

The room was clean and quite. The furniture was beautiful and chosen with taste. To access the bedroom we have to pass through a small beautiful garden.

The water turned to be cold during I was taking shower, which caused me to get bad cold, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The bathroom was not very clean. Anyway, it’s not a nice experience for me to stay here.

Everything was great We could have used a small fridge for keeping cold water and drinks but did not really miss it that much.

There was no fridge to store some food. But that's no problem if you want to eat in the various restaurants of Bergamo.

I really liked the fact, that you could check in by phone. Made things so much easier. My questions where always answered accordingly by the staff members in the restaurant or at the reception. My room was exceptionally large, with a very comfy bed and you also have air conditioning. Good sleep guaranteed! The bathroom looks very modern and clean. The cleaning was done everyday by very kind people! :) The B&B is located in a very calm place within Bergamo. You can reach all tourists attractions in a very short time. Perfect place for a short trip to Bergamo! :)
