Location and the host. It’s a beautiful property at a grear location. Host was very helpful in giving us recommendations for sights seeing. Breakfast is good for the price you have paid.

Right in the middle of Tuscany region with a magnificent view. Spacious rooms, full breakfast, terrace with a view. Stefano is a very friendly and helpful host, his farm of vine and olive trees is beautiful. The nearby town San Miniato is definitely worth a visit.

I liked everything about this place. The view, the room, the staff, the garden. This place is amazing. The view from our room was amazing. We could enjoy the view of Tuscany every second. The doors were big and transparent. The owner was there all the time - from breakfast (which was very good) until the evening. He is a very nice man. He gave everyone a lot of advice on visiting the cities nearby. We had a room with a kitchen.

The view was fantastic, and the place was so peaceful. The highlight was the cat in the morning coming to say hello outside our bedroom. Stefano was a great host, very friendly and knows where to go when we want to avoid the crowd of the touristic places. He recommended the San Filippo hot springs, Certaldo town and many little gems. There are some tiny points that prevented our stay from being just ideal: the equipment in the rooms is a bit outdated and requires fixing and refreshing here and there, like mosquito nets, shower etc. Clothes drying rack would be very convenient especially because of the towels after the swimming pool.

Bellavista has a great location on a hill with amazing views (as the name suggests) and a pleasant swimming pool. You can just spend time on the terrace or by the pool enjoying the views. The breakfasts were delicious with large variety of bakery, cakes, fruit, cheese, eggs, great coffee and all our special wishes were addressed immediately. Stefano was an amazing host, always willing to help and give tips about the places to visit around. We were lucky as well to be invited to participate in a traditional Tuscan dinner. San Miniato old town is 4 minutes driving, with restaurants and cafes at every corner. All important places to visit in Tuscany are less than 1 hour drive.

A minor issue but: maybe the shower would need a little update, and the very small TV too...but i guess it's part of the old-style charm :)

You can see from the photos the beautiful view that you have from this place, but having breakfast while looking at it is just magical. By the way the breakfast is very good. The room was nice, i love the rustic style. The description says that there is Wi-Fi in public areas, but it was actually available in our room too. It is a little slow though, but not that bad. The location is perfect; first of all San Miniato is charming by itself, but i'd say the main reason to stay here is because you can visit the best places in tuscany from here, in less than 1h of driving. And finally, the hosts: they're super friendly and helpful, always ready to give nice tips on what to visit and how. Thank you! PS: bonus points, at the time of our visit there were two very cute cats :)

Great location, beautiful hosts, great overall experience, would recommend. We had a lovely stay at Agriturismo Bellavista. Started our days there with great breakfast, during which we got useful tips from our host. Had our morning coffee with a beautiful view. Location was great so we could easily reach by our car all the places we planned to visit. Days finished with an evening swim in the pool, which our kids loved. Thank you Stefano and Eduardo for you hospitality.

We liked everything.

This charming country villa is located on top of a hill within a short drive from the village. The view was breathtaking! Our apartment was very spacious and clean, with a bathroom in each of the two floors. The breakfast was very good containing also some small local savoury dishes. The coffee of your choice is served to the table. We liked the garden pool a lot, it was some really hot days. There are not too many apartments in this agriturismo, so the atmosphere remains peaceful and nice. The definite highlight of our stay was the owner, Stefano, who kindly took the time to answer all our questions and gave valuable tips about what to do and where to go on the holiday.
