Super owners, nice, helpful. I would rate them 11 of 10:) Organized a few trips for us. The place is wonderful, natural beauty, mountains, quiet. The views from the windows are superb. The apartments are clean and comfortable. Pool is great. I don't want to leave.

Our stay at this charming apartment in Italy was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the hot water swimming pool, which offered a luxurious and relaxing experience. The pool was immaculate and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the picturesque surroundings. Speaking of the surroundings, the view of the mountains from the apartment was simply breathtaking. The romantic charm of the buildings added a touch of nostalgia to the overall experience. The architecture exuded a sense of history and authenticity, making me feel like I had stepped into a timeless Italian fairytale. The attention to detail in every corner of the property was evident, and I truly appreciated the effort put into creating such a delightful ambiance. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and hospitable host. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine friendliness and made to feel right at home. The host went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay.

Hilltop retreat in area of outstanding natural beauty. Flora and fauna amazing. Our accommodation opened directly onto pool area with our own large seating area all shaded with a large parasol. Beautiful pool with idyllic views.

Wonderful location despite the weather. We couldn't use the pool due to rain, however there were board games to entertain our kids. Super welcoming and friendly staff!

First thing that comes to mind with Monte Acuto is thoughtful - the owners/hosts are thoughtful, the restoration of the 500 year old property is extremely thoughtful, the layout is thoughtful, the breakfast was thoughtful. You feel cared for, like staying with family. This is the cleanest Agriturismo I have ever stayed at - impeccable grounds. Grazie mille 10/10

unfortunately the agriturismo does not serve breakfast or dinner, but in the evening you can order bakery goods (croissants, rolls etc) from reception which are delivered to your room the next morning. For dinner you'll have to go into town (15 min. drive)

Absolutely beautiful place high up in the Umbrian countryside. Our room was very spacious and directly in front of the swimming pool. We even had our own reserved space with a table and chairs & beds at the pool side.

adding in the room a boiler or an electric coffee in case you want to enjoy a tea or a coffee before Simone brings you the breakfast to the room, would have been perfect.

The room is really cozy and the atmosphere outside is enchanting and magical. Perfect location and views. Simone has been very attentive.

Everything was perfect. The owner was so kind, the place is very clean. The room is decorated for the well-being of the guests. All around there are hiking trails. You can end the day by the pool. Just perfect.

Very friendly hosts, very accomodating to every question and everything very well explained and organized. Great homemade breakfast brought to your room. Everything was very clean , both the appartment and all the common areas, very nice pool area. Will hopefully have the possibility to visit again

Everything was fine. The only recommendation to add to the inventory would be a (small) oven to be able to prepare/heat food. A microwave is available but not always suitable for all preparations.

Beautiful location on a mountain. Comfortable appartment. Ideal place for couples and family looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay.
