We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room only had a window that opened out to an external wall so very dark. The heating also wasn’t working but the staff provided a temporary unit. Use of spa not included - had to pay a significant fee to use. This doesn’t fit with the luxurious sell. Either does having to pay extra for fresh orange juice or an omelette at the “included” breakfast. Room was a bit dated eg old towels and bathrobes.
All the staff were wonderful. Reception staff were very responsive and helpful. Restaurant staff very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was very thorough. Great location for seeing the key tourist sights. Water provided in room, as well as kettle and nightly turndown treats. A very comfortable stay. Nice coffee provided at breakfast, which also came with views of the canal

It is the second time we use this hotel. Good location. Easy to reach. We got a room upgrade, what an amazing room!!! Spectacular. Breakfast is very good. The staff is fantastic, reception and bar, Emanuele, are very professional and know what they are doing. We will definitely return. We are already making plans. Venice gets in your blood!!

United KingdomBeautiful rooms (I am incredibly fussy and expect certain standards and not easily pleased, I loved this hotel) , perfect location, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, shutters and curtains kept the room completely dark, well stocked mini bar, room service was brilliant, the food was faultless. There was even an umbrella provided in the room. Curtains and shutters closed for us with Sweets on the bed of an evening was lovely to come back to each day.

Great hotel. We booked early so got v good rate. Staff were delightful, as was everyone in Venice tbh. Breakfast was superb. Room was clean and good size (we went one up from the entry level). Only issue was the air con didn’t work properly. Location was the very best.

I loved the authenticity and luxury which this property gave, i loved how it was designed inside and out. The element i loved the most was just how professional all of the staff where at all times which was brilliant and also expected when staying in luxury accommodation

RomaniaThe restaurant where is served the breakfast is not very attractive for my taste, it is very simple, only walls and tables ... I think there is a big difference between the way of decorating the hotel, lobby, reception and ... the restaurant.
The location very convenient, between Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. The hotel has its own boat dock that was an interesting experience and perfect to be picked up by boat from the hotel to parking place or to airport (in fact, a boat trip on Canale Grande). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Many great restaurants and shops just steps away.
