The hosts were so friendly and helpful, particularly with communication on how to find and access the property. The property was only 1 stop on the water bus from Marco Polo airport and minutes walk away. Very central to local restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment itself was very modern, clean and comfortable. Barbara who greeted is was very friendly and helpful. 10/10, Would recommend!

The shower was a little soap scummy, but the bathroom was clean besides that.

The apartment was clean and the property owners responded to all of my questions. The area was very quiet and beautiful, and was right off a dock for a water bus, which made travel very easy. Walking was do-able as well, and you are able to find non-tourist areas easily, while being able to get to the tourist roads within 10 minutes. They provided coffee and tea, as well as a kitchenette featuring a mini fridge, stove top, dishwasher, and sink. There is a double wide couch bed in the kitchen/living room and a double wide bed in the next room separated by a half wall. There was one single bed, and they provided another single bed due to my own misunderstanding when I booked, thinking the two couch beds were separate. The area seems very safe, with two locks (a code door and a house key door) between you and the street. Before we got there, the owner provided detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and gave recommendations for food, including videos.

Everything, all additional amenities like toaster, washing machine, coffee maker with coffee capsules and suger, extra bedding and pellows, the ambience.

The location of the property is pretty good. The water bus line 4.2 is just at walk steps it can take you straight to San Marco square. Uber and Barbara was very helpful during the stay. They will turn up as soon as you need assistance

The property looked exactly like the photos, roomy and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating, they gave us very helpful instructions on how to get there, how to get in, etc. and also they gave us tips on where to eat nearby, which really saved us the first day. Also the place is extremely close to public transport station.

Nice loft apartment. Cozy and had all we needed. The courtyard is a wonderful place to relax after busy day. Quiet and relaxing. Barbara was fantastic! She is so welcoming and took time to share information about this city she loves and gave us great restaurant suggestions. Owner provided very detailed instructions that allowed us to find the unit easily

Absolutely loved everything about this apartment. Easily accessible with no bridges to cross with luggage. Quiet area giving respite from the main busy parts of the city. Beautiful well equipt apartment, very comfortable and has everything you need. Excellent instructions for arrival. And lovely Barbara on hand if you needed anything. Perfect stay!

Fabulous location right by the sea, seconds from the vaporetto station. A beautiful well-kept garden is surrounded by flowers. Quiet authentic area of old Venice. Feeling like a paradise. Spacious apartment with all amenities. We really liked the hosts. Barbara was responsive and met us halfway in all our requests. We would like to be here again.
