I had a very nice stay here. It was cozy, the staff was very friendly and I would deffinetly recommend this Guest House. Jacopo was very helpfull, he gave us a lot of information about Venice and is very friendly as well!

Every morning at 7 the breakfast was prepared in a very loud way, waking us up early every day.

terrace was not specified to be on floor 0, we booked the room to hope to have a view of the city and we did not; it was sorrounded by walls. our room was located right next to the check-in site and the entrance, therefore we could constantly hear people talking and coming in and out.

the room was very spacious, well decorated, and it had an outdoor space, even if on the booking they called it a "terrace" but it was actually on floor 0.

There was obvious signs of age, from the broken toilet seat to the paint flaking off the walls.

We had a minor issue with plumbing with bathroom sink being full of water due to plug not coming out, but the girl on reception resolved this while we were out so no big deal. My main reservation was that we booked an apartment which was supposed to have a separate living room and sofa bed, but we were not given this. We were given a double room. Since the room was on the canal and much nicer than the so called apartment they offered instead, we accepted that, but still I felt I was paying for something that I didn’t get, but I can’t fault the room that we did have it was lovely

The bathroom was immaculate and newly done and the same for the room. No TV which is such a blessing. The location was great with a supermarket just round the corner and a American star restaurant with a lovely roof terrace overlooking the canal. We had a room right on the canal which, although very noisy if the windows are open was perfectly quiet when they were shut. Bed was fantasticly comfy.

It is a bit difficult to find and there is no reception. I did not know this when I booked my stay.

The location was perfect half way between San Marco and the station. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Room was basic but clean.

Breakfast is very basic, very little choice. Bed and pillow are slightly uncomfortable (but not so uncomfortable you can't sleep).

Very good location, street is not noisy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out, our room was ready way before the check-in time.

when we arrived, our room key and a note was left on the desk. when we opened the room door.. we were horrified thought we’d actually walked into someone’s occupied room. it was a mess. not cleaned tablets, used ear buds and a used condom on the floor.. bathroom was disgusting and the shower head was broken all over the shower by the previous occupants.. i honestly felt like I’d just walked in on a crime scene.. We arrived at 14:15 and check in was from 14:00 the guy (the only member of ‘staff’ that was there - who didn’t even work at the hotel) didn’t really appear apologetic, told me he’d have it cleaned next … the cleaner poor woman who had 10 rooms to clean alone was shouted at to do the room.. granted the room was cleaned and sorted but after a long flight - this isn’t what you want to find yourself with. also there where a lot of midgies in the room! overall we didn’t spend much time within the hotel but for what we paid for 3 nights I feel it was a little over priced. standard but comfortable

It was raining that night and the ceiling was dropping a bit. WC fan was working on and off. Shower was a bit short. I'm 185m and my head wouldnt fit beneath the shower handle.

We stayed one night in Venice. Good stay for the money paid. Good Location 4 minutes walking distance from Ca Dore Vaporetto station - 20 minutes from Santa Lucia Train station 12 minutes from major attractions. Breakfast: room service box including a lot of variarity (all sweets) Staff: gentle and polite. We were even given an upgrade at no extra fee. The officer give you a map of venice and shows you how to wander Clean No officer after 3. You have a code to the front gate. The hotel is ok for leaving your luggage before check in and after check-out (you can benefit more from venice). After Covid, the hotel needs a bit of maintenance, but still, a good stay for the amount paid. Would be back some day

The air con in our room did not work which meant we had to sleep with windows open. The next morning when we woke up we were covered in serval bites which must have been from the mosquitos. For the next serval nights we kept the windows closed dispute the room being warm as we didn’t want to get bitten anymore! We asked for more pillows at reception and were told by the staff that they would bring some more up to our room. However we did not receive any despite asking serval times. We were unable to use bath due to not having a plug. A light switch in the room and a light in the bathroom was broken.
