Everything the staff were so friendly helpful nothing to much trouble advised us on places to visit restaurants to go to etc . The room was lovely nice and clean and being from Wales it's the first time I have been to Venice or Italy and loved the fact the blinds were on the outside of the window etc. The breakfast was lovely all I will say I like a glass of cold milk for breakfast when I ordered milk it was warm so I asked for cold milk and this issue was sorted . My wife and I stayed in Venice for 4 nights and loved every min we went exploring and for some nice places to eat that seems more Italian not touristy . Can't wait to go back will be staying again.

Nice little Italian apartment

It seems that at some point we were moved to a different, but similar apartment. I only found out when I saw that the address we were sent to when we checked in, was different to the address on our booking. Whilst the new place was fairly similar, it didn't have a balcony (i.e. the one shown on the pictures). I think it was a bit dishonest of them to move us to something other than what we booked, without telling us.

The apartment was in a nice part of Venice, not far from a supermarket, bakery, and restaurants. It was generally quiet. The check in was easy, and the apartment was fairly spacious. The beds were comfortable.

It was cold in the room. There was radiator that heat but it was still really cold in the room. Also, there was no internet connection. :(

Great staff, provided us a map of Venice and told about places to visit. In the room was tea and coffee.

No mosquito nets on the windows, so there were some inside the room (in like, November)

Too small space for wc and shower. Be ready to meet mosquitoes if you like to sleep with open windows. Mind there is no lift and narrow stairs

Good location near the big street when it is light even at night. Between the Rialto and the train station which I think is really good. Clean and looks pretty modern as for Venezia (if your don’t like classic style with red walls). Self check in and check out means 24/7 Good WiFi (we could watch online movies).

There were no continuous banisters which left me groping at ledges, window handles to get down the stairs. The reception kindly helped me. The housekeeping and maintenance left a lot to be desired. The building is rundown. We booked it mainly for its convenient position.

The stairs were a bit of effort for my 4 year old but otherwise it was good.

Location is superb and the local supermarket is a one min walk away. We were able to reach most locations on foot due to the excellent location. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were overly helpful, considerate and each member of staff was always smiling and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure your stay was excellent. We had a big room with a fridge which was a bonus. My daughter also loved the balcony.

The only minus was that in the evening the room was getting cold because of the strong wind and low temperature, the AC doesn’t have heating option so we slept with warm clothing, but the staff explaned why the wind is getting in the building and apologized. To sum up we really enjoyed staying here.

It was in the perfect location, very friendly and operative staff who navigated us how to find everything in Venice. The room was clean, cozy and had everything we wished for.

Unfortunately our room was opposite reception - it was quite loud during the day and even quite loud at night as people arrived in late or returned up the stairs to their rooms. The breakfast was fine but not really worth the additional cost, it is not like a buffet, more like an order form. You can get pastries and coffee far cheaper outside of the hotel, we probably wouldn’t recommend paying the additional for breakfast.

The location is very good, the gentleman who welcomed us on the first day was lovely. The staff were able to accomodate us with an earlier breakfast time one day as we had a tour booked. It was very clean accomodation.

It was very compact. The main air conditioner in the kitchen didn’t work, though it was cooler it was needed for ventilation as there is no fly screen on windows and mosquitos get in when windows are open. The second room was a small single bed, we ended up putting the mattress from the second room on the pull out sofa in the small living/dining area.

It was okay as a place to stay, a bit far from central activities and tourist attractions. It had good supply of kitchenware, microwave, kettle and iron and ironing board. Wifi was great and smart tvs to stream.

Everything was exceptional. Nicola was the kindest man i Florence. He helped us from the very first moment to carry our bags upstairs, gave us a map and circled all the points of attractions. He even explained us which bus to take in order to get to the airport.

The only criticism was the breakfast as I would have liked some fruit and yoghurt rather than cheese ham and croissant which personally I find a strange combination!

The room was comfortable and adequate. Really good location as it was fairly quiet compared to staying close to the Basilica. Nice breakfast fairly basic I would have liked the choice of fruit and yoghurt rather than croissant every day. The manager was extremely helpful with useful tips which made our stay more enjoyable.

Very clean, very comfortable. We really appreciated the staff adjusting their breakfast hours to accommodate our early times. Breakfasts were great. Nicola was very helpful with luggage, and great advice.

Perfect location to walk around the sites of Venice, the room was only small but very comfortable and clean. I have forgotten the man’s name who checked us in but he was SO helpful and welcoming!
