It was a good location to visit The Vatican city and Saint Peters Basilica plus was within walking distance to the Metro which gave us access to the rest of the city.

Very noisy, actualy you can here everything from the neighbor. Sound of the water from toilet that never stop flowing. I have to wait more than 10 minute for warm water at the shower. Parking is public and is realy hard to find a place to park there. I spend one hour to find a pay spot to park. Not expresive, 5 euro/ day. Quite expresive for what they offer

The only semi-negative is the location which is "ok", you would have to walk 30 minutes or take the metro to get into the touristy part of the city. Not so convenient if you are travelling with a baby as the metro in Rome is not stroller friendly so it was a bit of a pain to go out or come back. Maybe it was just due to our lack of knowledge of alternatives for transport. In general the place was good

I felt like this hotel was good value for the money. The room was not huge but had all we needed (a young couple with a baby). And the staff was helpful anytime we asked for something. We were quite happy with our choice.

Unfortunately, I was given a room which did not have a window that faced the street. The window faced the kitchen area. Therefore, there was no view of any kind. Also, because it faced the kitchen, I was woken up at around 6 am each morning by someone preparing the breakfast for the guests. Also, for privacy, I basically had to keep the shutters closed and the curtains drawn. It's unfortunate. I don't know if that was the only room like that, or if there were any others. If you're staying here, be sure to ask for a room with a window that faces the street.

The hotel is well situated, close to the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station. It's also kept immaculately clean, and the host seemed to be easily accessible, spoke excellent English, and communicated well. There was also an option to have breakfast included if you wished. The room also felt very secure.

1. I knew about free breakfast only after 2 nights:( because nobody told me about it. I read it in booking. 2. it was surprise for me that I should pay by cash. I thought that I can pay by my card and it was very uncomfortable for me, because I don’t have EU card and I had big commission. 3. Air condition is bad, it look like broken or I don’t now. but in room was hot. 4. they did clean the room only once, but I was here 3 nights.

The landlord was very friendly, and offered free coffee and water all day long, which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The room was very clean, and the bed was amazing!
