As a suggestion, the interior design of the rooms and the lighting in the corridors could be more appealing. In general, nothing to complain .

The location is unbetable specially because o the view. You can reach the center of Positano walking and the breakfast is well served. The staff were super friendly and could easily arrenge a late check-in. Would definetly recommend Albergo California.

This property was perfect! We were a group of friends that were not planning on spending a lot of time at the hotel so the amenities for us were amazing. The staff was so helpful and even provided us a to go breakfast when we had to leave for an early flight for our next stop on the trip. The location is very central and the views are breathtaking. Very spacious clean room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan on spending your days exploring or at a beach club!

everything!! our room was a dream, literally a hidden gem! it’s a family hotel with the friendliest staff and cleanest rooms. I can’t say enough to be honest, the bed was so comfortable, our rooms view was to die for! we was so happy and would definitely return. it’s close to all the popular restaurants too!

I found the pillows were uncomfortable and they could have provided two pillows to maybe combat this issue. The bed was also a tad too soft but then again this is more of a preference concern and may not be an issue for others.

The location and views from this hotel were second to none. There weren’t many steps to take for a typical Positano hotel, which was a huge bonus for my wife and I. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

At first we had a few flys in our room but we told the front desk and they took care of it, didn’t see a single fly for the rest of the stay.

Perfect location right on the main road with the best stores in Positano and the walk down to the beach is less than 10 minutes with stores and restaurants on the way. The view from our balcony and breakfast tables was INCREDIBLE, literally straight from a postcard. Our room was HUGE with a balcony. The staff is so friendly and remembered who we were even though we stayed only 2 nights. Anything we asked for they brought it right away. The breakfast buffet was a great value and you can order coffee/eggs however you want. Would 100% stay here again it was perfect and a GREAT value.

Very ‘small’- the cappuccino with breakfast was not great and I went with drip filtered coffee instead.

Loved the views, the position of the hotel and the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help in any way needed and every aspect was superb. I loved the jacuzzi in my room was so relaxing.

such amazing staff, so friendly and willing to help in any way! Amazing views and walking distance to everything you need in positano. Also very close to the beach and ferry ports as well. Rooms were big, comfortable and clean!

This hotel is the best kept secret in Positano! We had a beautiful ocean view with a balcony. The room itself was much bigger than expected and was very clean. The location is ideal. They even arranged an airport transfer to Naples for us at the end of our stay. I would recommend anyone to stay here! A great deal for the price.

For dinner at the options were limited. I ordered Tuna fish and it came in cord so I sent it back. They brought it back lukewarm and it was very salty I couldn’t eat it.

The breakfast was excellent and had a good choice of different food options
