Breakfast was great. More than you could eat. The location was up on a hilltop overlooking the Mediterranean. The rooms were ultra modern including the bathroom and we had a huge balcony. There was a shuttle that ran often to take you down into town and back to the hotel.

The orange juice on the breakfast buffet was not up to standards: way too diluted according to my taste. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was rich and well organised. On windy days the lack of airtight doors leads to a whistling sound which can be disturbing during nights. In general, the sound isolation could be better but is probably due to the time of construction of the hotel. These are however minor points in an overall very positive appreciation.

The hotel is located somewhat outside of the busy village at about 120 m above sea level. Needless to say that going down to and particularly getting up to the hotel from Monterosso was some good sport. Luckily enough they have a very efficient shuttle service that runs up and down at least once every hour. The view from the balcony is breath-taking: you oversee the 5 villages of the cinque terre. The people at the reception couldn't have been more helpful

A first-rate place. I will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cinque Terre. I would especially like to note how professional, friendly, and accommodating the women who staff the front desk are. I hope their bosses know what a good job they do. Excellent supper options for those looking for a bite after exploring the villages. Great view from the terraces--a nice place to relax.

We would have liked to be on the top floor but our floor the first still gave us views to die for but you could hear people above walking around as there are no carpets in the floor.

Location stunning up a mountain with views over the whole of the cinque terre- we like walking it if you don’t - do not choose this hotel- the town is a very steep walk up and down but there is a free shuttle every hour but if you don’t want to walk you have to wait for the shuttle but that’s no harsh up when you’re in holiday. The breakfast was varied and filling and sorted us for the days walking and exploring. The place was sooo clean !

We loved this hotel. Beautiful views of Monterosso from our balcony, very clean spacious room, really nice breakfast and a lovely little bar serving coffee and drinks!

Generally everything was very good. We are so appreciated about our stay. If I have to say something which we did not like so much is the comfort of the bed. It might be improved (or maybe this is not valid for all the rooms. Maybe we were unlucky and there was something wrong with our bed)

The staff, breakfast, cleanliness, and view of the hotel are amazing. Before the visit, I was little worried about the shuttle, but it never became a problem. You can easily adjust yourself according to the time of the shuttle and even you miss it, you can still walk. Every one hour it goes from the hotel to the town and from town to the hotel. And even it is crowded, it makes couple of more rounds.

Not really a negative but personal opinion, but the decor in the breakfast room was outdated a little. The breakfast was good and ample selection.

We loved our stay at Suisse Bellevue. The location was great and the staff,as well. This hotel poses an outstanding view with beautiful landscapes. It was all immaculate! The shuttle service did a great job. Thank you so,Suisse! Would definitely stay again!

Our 2nd room was located above the kitchen and next to the elevator, so it was noisy at times. We had a sea view room on our 1st night. Extra spacious with a balcony and view of the sea. Pay the extra for a sea view or balcony if you can, it's definitely worth it. The decor was a bit outdated, but that's my personal opinion.

Amazing location overlooking the sea with plenty of sunbeds or seating to enjoy the view. A little bar was available and the ladies at the front desk were very obliging in attending to your needs. Plenty of areas to relax, both inside and outside. Shuttle bus was a handy option to get down to the village. Everything was immaculately clean. Enjoyed the fact it was located on the edge of a national park so I could take little walks and explore the natural environment. Quiet location away from the noise of the village. Generous offerings for breakfast. Management and staff were exceptional.

The location high atop the hill overlooking the town of Monterosso. Free parking, with an hourly shuttle to/fro town. The staff were very helpful. Offer discounts for Cinque Terre train pass, beach etc. Great breakfast each morning.

Breakfast was a great variety of foods! The shuttle service was punctual and extremely important to get into town. Fantastic service! The view from our room was spectacular!

There is a free shuttle bus that takes you back & forth to town. Unfortunately it runs every hour. It would be much nicer if it ran every 30 minutes. One evening there were many people waiting for the shuttle. The van was there but the driver was not very friendly & he was enjoying the music that was playing from the free concert. During the time that we waited he could have made 3 trips back & forth instead of making everyone wait until it was time. There was a couple that did not make it on the van because they were full. They had waited quite a while as well & were not very happy.

The view was exceptional. It was beautiful at sunrise & in the evening when the sun went down, you could see the lights of all the towns along the coast.
