Nothing I didn't like. Maybe if I have to write something here is that the price could be a little lower everything considered.

Hotel has a great location, basically at the lake waterfront and very close to the central squares with shops, cafeterias and restaurants. The ferry station is also 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was good and the interaction with the staff was always pleasant. Single room was cleaned everyday and comfortable. This property is a great choice for people wanting to spend a few days in Lecco.

Really enjoyed staying in Alberi. Mostly because of the staff. You go for a breakfast and see smiling person greeting you in the morning. Weather was a bit crappy (cold & raining) but hotel is warm and pretty cozy. And balcony facing the lake is always a good thing.

I've stayed here many times; it's an easy train trip from Milan. The room is clean and up-to-date. The breakfast room is beautiful and the food is excellent. The location is Lecco is just about perfect.

The housekeeping team were very loud outside my room while I was was still trying to sleep (morning). I stayed alone for 2 nights and did not need my room cleaning or new towels. I explained this to housekeeping who ignored me and came in anyway. I received new towels and bedding which I did not need. This is not very environmentally friendly. They also threw away a bag that I had left on the desk (nowhere near the bin) that was not rubbish. The bag contained a souvenir from an earlier travel destination. Disappointing.

Not a particularly attractive building, but the inside was fine, which is what counts. I’m not aware whether it had an outside area, but with the lakefront so close, perhaps that doesn’t matter.

Air con was not the best.

The hotel was small but comfy, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. Parking was easy and access to the parking plaza behind the hotel made for very easy entry and exit to the hotel. The location was good and there were plenty of nearby coffee bars and restaurants which made it a comfortable stop in Lecco.

The hotel offers nice and clean rooms with a fantastic position overlooking the lake and very close to the train station and the Basilica of San Nicolò. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and kind, we asked to check in earlier and they managed to accommodate our request.
