The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, everything was spotlessly clean. It's located in a walking distance from the historical centre of Alghero. Parking spaces available at the rear of the building. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend it enough!

The apartment was perfectly clean. It is 15 min from the old city and 10 min airport by car. The owner of the apartment is a great woman who helped a lit and provided any kid of advice. I recommend this place to stay.

Balcony advertised in the choosed room photo, as having a sea view, it was actually facing the back court garage, the nearby other condominiums and Hotel (that it is still ok, but clear misleading advertising) Wi fi with "no internet access" status, most of the time.

Great apartment right at the main beach, 3 walk to grocery store , bars, 15 mins pleasant walk to old city- so convenient location! Plus has own parking! Amazing and so helpful host, she took care about us so much! In apartment Is very clean and - everything what we need for couple days of staying! We touched and definitely going back here! ❤️

The lady owner welcomed us very willingly and gave comprehensive information about local possibilities. The apartment was spacious enough, very clean and equipped. Great location not far from the city center and practically right on the beach. We really appreciate the possibility of parking. We are looking forward to next visit.

The pictures of the property are not really accurate for all apartments. View from the balcony is really lottery and if you are renting the place because of view to the sea like I wanted to do, you might be disappointed with what you will get. I raised this with owner so she shouldn't be surprised with the review.

Apartment is on great location. The owner is one lovely helpful lady that was available for us whenever we needed her. Also we were allowed to stay whole day without extra charge before going to airport as the flight was at the evening. She was waiting for us to arrive ,gave us keys and explained all what we needed to know about the place. TOP Host !!!

One of our best vacations. Perfect location of apartment, near city beach, close to the city center, close to the Maria pia beach (most beautiful beach), close to the grocery, to bike/car rent. Apartment nice, clean, well equiped with balcony with beautiful sea view. Very very friendly and helpful owner. I absolutely recommend.

We absolutely loved our apartment. Clean, well equipped and a fantastic balcony with partial views of the sea and prominade right in front of us. A 15 minute walk along a beautiful promenade to the Old Town. Short walk in the other direction to more cafés, restaurants and places to chill on the beach. Supermarkets nearby to stock up on essentials Annalisa is the perfect host, very welcoming and helpful with great information on the area. My birthday present on arrival was very thoughtful (thank you). Great communication and we were able to have a late check out for our evening flight which we really appreciated. We definitely hope to return as our time went way too fast with so much to see and do 😊.

There is nothing we did not like.

This accomodation was the best from whole Alghero trip and only because Annalisa. She was so pleasant and very helpful. She gave us the tips what to do, where to go and what restaurant to visit☺️ I highly recommend this apartment house to every one. The location is great, very close to historic centre and beach too. My favourite was spiaggia Maria Pia😊

We had absolutely lovely brake here. Daniela is wonderfull person. Place is spotless and late check in and check out wasn't a problem. 100% recomended.
