Reparatur war bis spät ,im Bad. Kalt .. got Blanquets, later know why ..chill . Car parking is cool , but a bit challenges. Be aware the GPS drive u through restriktive area . The Team on Rezeption will take care of it . Rezeption far away ..of Load baggage near by.

Super Lage . Großes Bett . Overall nice place .. will be back.

A bit sketchy right where the apartment was unfortunately. My mother and sister saw rats outside the apartment. And the sewage smell in the morning right outside was unpleasant.

The location near the arena was great. Easy check-in and check-out. Good kitchen. Nice bathroom.

We couldnt manage to turn on the heat.

The water wasn't hot enough, and the stove was a little hard to figure it out and it was hard to cook with.

The place was spot on, the heat was very good, the beds were confortable, including the bed sheets everything, the location was perfect. We had coffee and tea for us and a cafeteria, and the kitchen utensiles were amazing.

The double bed's mattress was too firm and not very comfortable. Our room was very close to the front door of the building and the walls are probably very thin, so we could hear people coming back at night time, talking and walking to their room.

Perfect location! The single bed was very comfy and the room was clean.

The shower head didn’t work properly. We were scared to try and adjust it for fear of breaking it as it was very flimsy. The bathroom sink plug was broken. No bedside lamps, instead there were bright spotlights strung across the ceiling (certainly not romantic or relaxing lighting). No dish towel. There were two single beds made up as well as a double (we were a couple only). A sofa bed instead of the two singles would make the apartment far more comfortable

The host was friendly and helpful. The location was, close to the Arena and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Air conditioner was good. A nice dark room at night (Good for sleeping)

Check-in process was complex - the office is some way away from the apartment. It took some time to work out how to turn the Aircon on - instructions would have been useful. The television didn't work - I did not ask for help about this as it was late.

the room isn't very huge, and the wall is quite thin. also there's a leaking point near the bathroom.

The location is super, close to the arena and castle. The staff is very friendly, you could have hot water all the time and as you wish.

We had a bit problem with windows, we could not close them properly. Our apartment was quite dark and had about 15 stairs from street level, so it is not suitable for everybody. For 1-2 nights in the center it was ok for us.

The location is perfect, literally just around the corner from city center. We liked parking possibility in the nearby underground garage. It was fairly quiet there.

The shower was in an atttic inside a bath which was awkward, but manageable

The air conditioning was not working, even the host said someone checked it after we reported the problem. They gave us only a fan (we needed two). We couldn't sleep because it was really hot!

The location was great! Ima very beautiful neighborhood full of shops, restaurants and historic monuments. The apartment is spacious, bed was comfortable, the staff was very kind and very helpful!

The smell in the reception for check in and out and the fact the key fob for the parking was 'temperamental' to say the least. But the staff did their upmost to help, always with a smile.

The reception wasn't too far a walk from the apartment, the staff were helpful, polite and were working hard to do their best for everyone. The key fob for the paid parking didn't work either time we tried to use it and the reception had a drainage problem that left a rather unpleasant smell. Otherwise, it was the staff that made the check in/check out process so easy! The apartment itself was nicer than the photos conveyed, it was sparkly clean, the location literally couldn't have been better. Any closer and you'd have been in earshot of the arena speakers. One of the handles to the shower was missing a piece so it fell off immediately it was used, but we managed perfectly well without it and it didn't detract from the stay. The aircon was great, the beds comfortable, it was clean and they left us plenty of coffee pods, for which we were very grateful! Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend this place to everyone, we were three ladies and managed very well on the three different beds available.
