if there was one point I would put on this side of the feedback: we would have liked a bit more privacy for the bathroom area of the room, maybe just a separation with a blind glass or something similar.

My son loved the 'club sandwich' (huge! and excellent) and the lasagne (which he chose three times for his dinner); I myself liked the variety of the menu and the selection of wines.

The lobby was magnificent, a very beautiful pool, a real experience, the water was warm and you could go out into the open air and enjoy the view of the pool. A good location for landscape lovers, about 3 minutes drive from the town center. There is a shuttle to town. The car is parked 3 minutes by car from the hotel and there is a shuttle back. 1. Parking is in different location so hotel driver picks you up and drives to the car (7min), not too comfy if you need car often during the day. 2. Hotel is in some sort of construction, so cranes in around the building, but no noise 3. The biggest con was “paper” walls of the room. You could hear foosball ball from the other end of the hall, you could hear everything from next wall, people talking in their rooms and of course loud other guests walking in the hall room. All got quite around midnight.

Easy to find, big hotel. Great that it is not in the village so no lots of people. Super dinner and breakfast variaty and taste even during covid.

Hotel is under reconstruction and if you stay on working day in old part of hotel it is very noisy and dust is over all.

Annex apartments are very small, outdated with bad smell and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Would not stay in annex anymore.

Wellness & Pool Area is overcrowded. Further the noise in the wellness area coming from the pool area is not acceptable and appropriate. The beds are hard as "stone" and dogs in rooms next to us where constantly barking over night. I asked to speak the manager during checkout - as I honestly would have appreciated a deduction as the hotel except from the food didn't deliver what to be expected after the "publicity" running!

What was good, was the dinner as well as the breakfast buffets. Good selection and quality. Basically the "wellness area" would be good - it is just not sized appropriate to the amount of guest the hotel can cover

CAVEAT: The Hotel is under MASSIVE reconstruction!!!!! 1. Without any info/choice given by booking, we got a tiny room oriented directly towards a massive construction pit. Bright lights in front of the room and a caterpillar starting work at 7am directly(!) in front of the window. Room very smelly. Toilet flush not working properly, TV remote broken.... etc. Not a good experience (not even for the very cheap price). Would gladly have payed more for a better room if given the choice. 2. The motorbike-parking is on a construction site and our bikes were completely covered with construction dust when we picked them up 12h after arrival!

Staff very friendly! Nice new lobby and arrival. Breakfast choice is superb!

My room was in the old „Chalets“, which is ok. But my room was in the basement with absolutely no view except on some huge ventilation outlets. Couldn’t open the window due to the nose of the ventilation. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Experience with staff was very different. Nice and friendly at the reception. In the bar at the pool area I was ignored by the staff and after 15min had to go and ask for someone to come to toe my order. Dinner was buffet. Although they have a normal restaurant I couldn’t choice with halfboard. Quality of food was ok…

The location is great and the new pool and spa are is also great to spend some time and relax.
