It was loud…somehow you hear all from the other rooms.

The room and hotel are good. The interior is nice! Restaurant and bar was good. I had a balcony which is perfect as you are a smoker! That is in Zola not normal.

Simply said: nice hotel with a family touch. Restaurant was good and had a nice menu. Close to a smaller shopping mall, under 5 min drive. Nice for a quick walk after a day of visits to customers in the region. Price/quality very good. Got a room with small balcony, which is nice for a relaxing cup of tea at night (summer time)... Just add an ashtray for the smokers ;-)

Italy has a very strict meal hours, they should offer room service/ restaurant opening hours/ vending machines. Since, not all guests are Italians, and have different needs, and arrival time. It’s not located in a pedestrian friendly location, no sidewalks or illuminated in the evening.

Air-conditioning should be controlled from every room not centrally as sometimes it was very warm during the night. A kettle should be expected in a hotel room.

The location was central for all the attractions that we attended to. Staff were very helpful.

Given the photos and description, we thought it would be in a nicer area, but the hotel is just out of the highway. They dont have cots for babies (advertise there is no space for it but there is), and the walls are really thin. Unfortunately we had a room neighbour that was reaaly noisy and smoked, we had to close the window because the terraces are joint and all the smoke went into the room. At the same time we asked to put down the heat (26 degrees in the room) and while they said they would, temperature remained at 26. So we had to sleep with the window closed, hearing the couple next door chatting, arguing and burping as if they were in the room, and playing with the curtains at 2am??

Wifi Aweful. Carpets in Hallways are tired and out of step. Got sick despite drinking only bottled water.

This would be a great stop for travellers in the heat of summer. The pool is nice but not heated. First Gen design hotel looks ok but just about to feel dated. Staff were very accomodating about our motorcycle and let us park it in sight of the 24 hour attendent at the front Desk. Nice!
