-the breakfast was good however in the morning many things were missing on the buffet like bacon, veggies etc. -we thought this is all they have when we came in the morning however they bring many things just after we almost finished our breakfast

-great location from where you have a direct bus to the centre of Venice (appreciate the option of buying a bus ticket on the reception) -helpful staff -comfy and warm rooms

The room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

Limited TV programs. No music channel. Agreed to have wine in the room on arrival for a B.Day surprise, but had to go back to reception to remind about it, as receptionist seems to be haotic on check in which took over 20min in queue, before being served, however they did good in the end- received wine in ice bucket to the room. But if you agree something before arrival, double check that while check in.

Great room with full amenities. Electric window blinders, so it makes the room dark and have better sleep. Small fridge, safe- 4**** equipment provided accordingly. Comfortable bed, warm room( able to set up temp), large bathroom with full accessories. Breakfast was good. Received complementary drink for lack of agreed wine in the room on arrival, limited to wine/prosecco, which was nice anyway.

Closed air smell in the room, no ventilation in the bathroom and low quality food for the breakfast.

A little bit far from the central station, but a good occasion for a nice walk.

Nice rooms, nice beds, good temperature in the room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Near to bus station from where you can take a direct bus to Venice.

The room temperature, it was so hot I had to sleep with the window opened in November, which is quite unacceptable. Also, even after sharing the problem to the staff nothing has been done.

Hotel position close to the city center, courtesy of the staff, cleanliness. Also, the room space and the free parking. Good breakfast as well, with a good variety of options.

The property is rather dilapidated. Sofa was not in a good condition.

The staff at the desk was really helpful and great with suggestions and the cleaning staff was great. It really helped us.

The luggage cart would not fit in the elevator. And the breakfast looked good when we walked in be really did not impress once we tasted the food.

I liked the free parking and the close places to eat. Check in was ok and I did appreciate the luggage cart.

I liked the situation of hotel in the city. Very close to hotel is LIDL. Breakfast is pretty good. Near is public car parking, in case if you do not want to park in hotel parking.

Nice room and great location - bus which goes to Venice's centre is right around the corner . Receptionists are very friendly and helpful ☺️

The room was very small and not very clean. Next morning a spider was in my shoe (and we are talking for a 4 star hotel!!). Also the bath sewers were clogged.

The location was very good (near to bus station), the breakfast was very good and the stuff was friendly.

There were black stains on the bed linen, which is a minus for the hotel.

The hotel is well located. The stop is a minute's walk away, for parking you need to pay separately 15 €. The breakfast was delicious and the air conditioning in the room continued to work even when the key was taken away.

The location of the hotel is good and in the area you can find almost everything you need. The cleanliness of the rooms was also good and the staff kind. I had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

As for the breakfast, it was below our expectations cause the choice was quite limited, and the products were of very mediocre quality, especially juice. However, the pastries were very good.

We liked the room, although the shower door did not close well and the climate control didn't work in the room. We enjoyed the tea and coffee plate.

We were told we can park in their car park,behind the hotel.On arrival the gate was closed,a sign saying car park full but clearly had more spaces.So we had to find a car park. Luckily there was one close by.
