Steep circular stairs to attic beyond our age. Only went up once to take picture of the lake. Maybe would have appreciated a small television down stairs. On the other hand too busy waking around. La Punta worth a look and different view. Side trips Varenna and Tremezzo good fun. Garden at Villa Carlotta well worth the trip

The apartment had everything we needed during our stay and was especially convenient for finding our way around both Bellagio and Lake Como! The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple.

Gaia was so friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores. She was especially helpful to me processing my payment. I felt she treated me like a trusted family member and I would very much like to return to her very sweet apartment in the future! I highly recommend Gaia and her apartment for everyone!❤️

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of town, you cant get a better location. Well worth it, you get more space for your money than you would a hotel room.

The spiral staircase to the upper level was narrow and awkward to use, particularly when carrying food and drinks to the upper level, which was the main living area. There was no overhead shower, so a cradle for the hand held hose would have been very useful.

The host was friendly, accessible and helpful. The location was excellent, right in the centre of old town Bellagio. It was near the ferry terminal which allowed us to easily visit other towns and locations on Lake Como. There was a good view of the lake and surrounding mountains in this very picturesque setting. A wide choice of restaurants and bars was within metres of the front door. Shops providing the basics were also very close with convenient opening hours. The apartment was very clean on arrival.

The Bellagio Centre apartment was absolutely wonderful! A fantastic location in Bellagio, as the name suggests, right in the centre of everything! However, it's still a really quiet and peaceful location, despite being in the middle of the town. The apartment is up a few flights of stairs which results in a fantastic view from the top window! We felt right in the heart of Bellagio, and the bed/bathroom and areas, all really lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed spending the evenings on the little balcony and enjoying the evenings with some local wine! On top of that, the host was so kind and helped us with all our needs (including getting checked in early etc), and recommended some lovely places to visit in Bellagio too. Honestly, couldn't fault it and would definitely return in the future!

Great location 100m from the village square and about the same distance from the lake and ferry stop (via the stairs). Access with wheeled luggage is a longer way around. Gaia was a great host; very helpful when we had an unexpected delay owing to a transport workers' strike. The apartment is cosy and well facilitated and up a quiet street.

Beautiful apartment with everything you would need for a few nights away! It was in a very central location and on a no thru side street so quiet in the night. Lovely little balcony, big bed, AC and good shower. The Host was very nice and so convenient to pick-up/drop off keys.

The bedroom and bathroom spaces were challenging. The system for ensuring hot water was hit and miss.. we had a couple of cold showers. The property is at the end of a narrow street with steps almost the entire way. We had great difficulty with our suitcases. There was an alternative way of accessing the property to avoid these steps. Had we been advised of this when we booked our first impressions of Bellagio would have been fairer and more worthy of it’s beauty.

The location was good … able to walk easily everywhere.

Everything was awful. Pictures and reviews related to another apartment, not the one we stayed in. Kitchen was literally in a cupboard. Whole apartment was shabby with stained walls, cheap furniture, bad layout. Could have been bijou and chic if it was just redesigned and decorated with appropriate furniture and loved! Worst apartment we have ever stayed in and had we not been attending a family wedding without any other accommodation choice in Bellagio we would have walked away from it before handing our cash over. Owner took criticism badly. Will be complaining to booking.com about misrepresentation.

Good towels in cramped and dated bathroom. hot water in ancient tiny shower with dubious yellow marks around base. Clean bed in tiny room with bare nails protruding from dilapidated furniture. left over cheap click flooring screwed to wall as headboard, numerous trip hazards due to badly placed electric sockets, different floor levels, size of room and badly designed lay out.
