Well it was unfortunate that the host got sick and couldn't provide more coffee.

There was no breakfast but plenty of coffee, tea and water bottles. I knew when I rented that there was no breakfast included. The host was responsive to our requests for more toilet paper but couldn't replenish the coffee because he got ill later in our stay (understandable) The property was in a historic building but remodeled to provide clean modern rooms. My favoite was the ELEVATOR to reach our 3rd floor room.

The room was not well isolated towards the hallway, so you could hear some noise from neighbours and other guests. Best to bring earplugs.

Hard to find as the sign is very small on the front door, the breakfast could be better, had cereral but no bowls to have them, even when i requested some none appeared, so room for improvement. On the whole it was fine.

there was mold in the shower stall and the shower hose has not been clean for a while. the air conditioning did not provide enough cooling overnight.

The towels were a bit stale, but they were replaced when we asked.

The breakfast was all pre-packaged food but espresso and milk for cappuccinos was provided. It was a great location but the room didn’t have much of a view from the balcony. There was a good view from the shared rooftop terrace. All things considered, this property was a good value and I’d stay there again in the future.

Perfect locaction in the old centre of Salerno. Walking distance to the sea and all interesting places. A lot of shops in restaurants.

Although the showers look modern, they don't flush water fast enough when showering, so you are left with a puddle in the shower and outside on the floor. Another thing I'd like to mention is that booking.com states that all fees are paid including tourist tax, yet on arrival I was told to pay extra (cash only) - I wonder why...

The third bed was ideal for a child but not for an adult. Maybe it would be better to have a normal bed for reservations which are for adults.

The B&B is located in the heart of the historical center, next to all main points of interest and several options of restaurants, trattorie, enoteche etc. The building is very nice and very safe. The B&B was well organised, clean and comfortable. The room was very nice, spacious and the bathroom was wonderful. The lady who owns it is very sweet and was available at any time. The breakfast was also nice considering that it is not a hotel but a Bed & Breakfast. Would certainly stay there again!

Initially, I couldn’t enter the property when I arrived and the phone number displayed did not work. The towels had a strange smell and the breakfast was mainly sweet.

Great location in the old city center, surrounded by restaurants, shops and a supermarket nearby. Train station and port at around 15 min. walking which made our transfers easier. The privacy that the property offers is amazing, we have really appreciated that. The host was friendly and kind.

architrave fell randomly and hit my partner smells like poo all around the building and sometimes smelt it in the rooms cause of sewage near by small supplied breaky so don’t count on it also no one buzzed us up for over an hour when arriving

While the Wifi was strong in the lobby, it was weak/non-existent in my room. I'm sure there is a solution for this, so this is just a suggestion for improvement. Water pressure in the shower was fine but I wish it was a little better. Not sure this is possible given the building, but just wanted to mention.

there were no real curtains (you woke up by the sunrise ) the towels smelled a bit moldy the door handle remained my hand when were about checking out from the room the sealing of shower does not work (expect lots of water on the floor )

The towels were dirty and the breakfast it s not valuable for the money because they had just sweetnesses.
