We had a great stay at hotel Arianna. The location is good close to the beach with lots of bagnos to chose from. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and we liked in particular the potential for our kids who can’t eat gluten to find good alternatives to eat. If back in Marina di Pietrasanta I would definitely consider to stay at hotel Arianna again.

Cold grey floor, room without balcony

Roof top terrace is amazing place! Very nice staff, good breakfast. The location is top as you can choose from many beaches which are only few steps from the hotel.

Good value for money. nice little hotel between Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Unfortunately, the last night we could find a spot in the private parking space; there seem to have been more cars than guests … however, nice staff and clean rooms!

The bathroom wasn't spotless and there were some small black spots along the bathroom walls. Otherwise, everything was perfectly clean.

The location was amazing and we got very good information about where to go swimming and what to eat around town. The staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast was amazing as well.

You will hear some cars passing by, because de hotel is located near a big boulevard.

Location is directly near the beach and there is free parking on the premissis. Breakfast was good and you can order in advance. Choice is great.

the hotel is actually average, definitely no value for money, this is very expensive for the quality of the hotel. this is 3 stars, may be over expected by me, but breakfast is same day to day, no variability of food provided. there is no facilities at all. no service in the rooms - no water, no kettle, no tea/coffee - nothing at all. No iron, for a vacation that can work for a couple of days, but in case you want to make a nice dress for a dinner, bad luck for you in this hotel. Hotel has some discount for use of the beach, but you need to do own research, no information provided by the hotel upfront.

The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job of making our stay enjoyable: food recommendations, restaurant reservations, shopping, taxi, etc...

Breakfast was very nice. The staff made us fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. The only hotel that serves not just continental breakfast! Location was great, beach was across the street! Pietrasanta the Center was minutes away by car. The rooftop deck was fantastic!

The price was extortionate for the quality. I have paid less than half the price for a 5 star hotel and here the hotel was barely passable. While everything was clean, the decor felt cheap and the air conditioning didn't work well. Whenever I entered the bathroom I began to sweat and I had trouble sleeping. The staff were nice and helpful, but this isn't enough to not make me feel like I was robbed in terms of price to quality.

The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. The shower leaked all over the floor and the water in the bathtub drained very very slowly. The jacuzzi on top of the hotel is small and there are only 2 sunbeds. Above all, on the site they make out like if you have a private beach in front of the hotel, but this is not the case at all. Dissapointed for the price I paid. Luckely there was the staff, they were really really nice

Lots of noise, no drinking water in the room, they charge you extra for the room for no reason. Beds are uncomfortable.
