Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I did not like my room. It was next to another room with a wooden door where I think I heard voices one night and it was too small. Also the facilities were far from 4 star hotel. The staff who was at the reception on the first day needs further training. You cannot give the iron and the iron board to the guests and ask them to carry it to the room and back. This is the job of the hotel staff.
I liked the surroundings and the atmosphere. I have very positive feedback for the staff who served the breakfast.

Breakfast pretty basic. No real muesli choice and no scrambled eggs or anything else warm. As a few others mentioned there's an almost constant smell of cooked fish from the restaurant. For us not disturbing too much but could be an issue for people more sensitive.
Beautiful Hotel with parking and very close to the city center. Rooms and bathroom are good and very functional. Bed really comfortable

Not easy to find if you arrive at night in the dark. There are not luminous signs. No full size mirror in the room. There were cups and boilers but no tea or coffee, nothing dramatic.
The room was spacious and clean. Great shower great choice of shower gels, shampoo and conditioners. Good parking. The receptionist was super kind very very helpful. The restaurant is absolutely delicious with great service. Breakfast is okay. I have a specific regime so I could not eat anything but in general it is a decent breakfast and copious.

The hotel is in an old building the sound isolation is not very good. You can hear other guests.

Only remark is that they have Very few charging plugs
They have a restaurant next to it, which makes it very easy for those who arrive late in the evening, like us. Additionally there is a free and safe parking slot, close to the centre and good value and breakfast

Good location, near to the shopping center and restaurants. In the evening we enjoyed drinking wine and eating dessert at the hotel restaurant. I will definitely recommend it to my family & friends.

Peculiar room lay out - does not make sense to make no wall between sinks and the bedroom... The airflow system was very hot and noisy.
The location is great, especially if you travel with a pet - a large park is just across. The staff is wonderful!

The staff were incredibly friendly and all spoke excellent English. The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and worked well. Parking was easy and convenient. The restaurant joined to the hotel was really nice and the service was very good. The breakfast was also good.

We're English and it would've been nice if there'd been a selection of hot food at breakfast:-)
Beautiful old building, stylish decor, situated within lovely grounds. Attached restaurant was very nice, especially good for a special occsion. The staff in both the hotel & restaurant were very warm & welcoming.

If at all , a suggestion that a full bar service be available at the hotel , so we could sit , drink and relax without leaving the hotel ??
