Perfect location, perfect staff, amazing breakfast!!!

1) Shower is very weak, it doesn’t have any power to it. The shower is also on the small side (getting in and out). I am 5/6 months pregnant and found it a bit difficult navigating it. 2) If you are staying outside of the Summer and it’s hot, they don’t (can’t?) put the A/C on. We had a really warm weekend for the time of year (April) and found the room to be a bit uncomfortable. We were provided with a fan which did help. 3) The room is too light in the morning, as the middle part of the room has a window without curtains. I would recommend taking an eye mask.

The Staff were AMAZING especially the gentleman who booked us an early water taxi to get us to the Airport on time . Thank you . The breakfast was super and available at a time suitable for us . A little Gem of a hotel.

Everything was ok.

We arrived before check in time and they had the room ready. The room was smaller than what we expected, however I had requested a room with a balcony as we were celebrating a special event and they gave us what we requested. The mini bar was stocked and the room was very clean. Location was excellent, there is a water bus stop only couple of minutes walking and the square is just 5 minutes walk.

I didn’t like how they didn’t have enough personal hygiene. Everything is in one bottle. And the coffee was instant coffee.

The property was built in a very old construction and the room was pretty classic. I like it because I was fascinated with old room design and decoration.

It was disappointing that some of the amenities didn't measure up to pictures on booking website such as breakfast with all the trimmings on a terrace overlooking the water.

Position was marvellous and the view wonderful. Overall the room was very nice.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable and with an incredible view. Room was a bit small but bathroom was very spacious. Despite being in a busy part of Venice it was still quiet. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Recommended!

I expected the balcony larger than it is.

Nice location and easy to be found (important in Venice), just one minute from Arsenale station of Blue Line (the hotel sends full information as regards the transfer options). The personnel is very kind and helpful, the breakfast was hearty (the hotel provides the possibility to choose what you like). The room was cozy, with aristocratic style and cleaned daily. Close (about 7 minutes walking distance) to the major Venice sights. Beautiful view from the balcony.

It’s admirable devotion to music, the proximity to both St. Marks Square (museums, shops, restaurants, bars) & water bus station - making travel very easy. The room too, was exceptional! Along with very friendly/ helpful staff, I truly felt like a Doge while staying at this residence.

I can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is perfect, the room was great and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and we had a wonderful big breakfast every morning. We will definitely go back.
