Giovanni is the greatest host, very nice and helpful. He provided us with a lot of useful travel information and great restaurants. The B&B is very clean, location is very convenient, close to the train station and main attractions. Giovanni also provided us with different kind of breakfast - perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood surrounded by bars and restaurants. Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was very welcoming and prepared us the most delicious Sicilian breakfast every morning. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Palermo!

- Very attentionate host : thanks for everything Giovanni! - Bathroom is not in the room, but upstairs, which did not bother us at all - Bathroom is spacious and clean. Bars outside the property often carry on loud until 3 a.m. Might be an issue for some, but truthfully it's easy to ignore.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts - would immediately consider staying here again when in Palermo. Breakfast is fantastic, and the property is in a great location to explore the city.

Palermit'amo is an excellent place to spend your holidays! Perfect location walking distance to all the sites. Giovanni is an incredible person, always available to help, always with a smile. He offered us all the extra info we needed and instructions to move around the city, and our breakfast was excellent every morning, a great strart for each of our days in Palermo.

The location close both to the rail station and the buzzing old town. Our host Giovanni was fantastic, always friendly and helpful. He provided us with three different kind of good breakfasts, continental, Italien salt and Italian sweet. We really enjoyed that. Overall a perfect place to stay a few days in Palermo. It wasn’t a problem for us however I would just mention that if you aren’t able to climb many stairs, the apartment is up two flights of stairs so just be conscious of that in terms of your accessibility needs.

This is a really lovely B&B right in the heart of the centre of Palermo - just a short walk away from all the action. As well as providing a wonderful breakfast every morning, Giovanni was a lovely host who took the time to give tips on what we should see and how to get there. I’ve seen a couple of reviews mention the noise from the bars down on the street but our room was directly above them and the windows blocked out all the noise for me and I didn’t notice it at all.

The bars in front of the house were very noisy until 4 in the morning both nights, so either party with them or use ear protection

Giovanni is the greatest host you can imagine, very helpful, friendly and forthcoming. Tasty breakfast with 3 different kinds of fresh croissants on the roof terrace or inside behind a large window.

I misunderstood what was advertised - I thought we were getting a small apartment. However it was more like a bed and breakfast with multiple guests staying in the same location and a shared kitchen and living room. This is fine with me, but I thought we had signed up for an individual apartment. While being close to restaurants is a good thing, there are plenty of bars in the area that go until 3am. Then at 6am the recycle collectors come to get all the glass, so you can hear all the bottles crashing as they are picked up from the bars. The apartment was reasonably sound insulated, but a light sleeper would have some troubles here.

Excellent location close to bus station and all the major attractions. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants directly around the hotel, which is both good and bad. The place was comfortable and the owner was very hospitable. Breakfast was lovely. Good amenities available for guests to use.

It's just Sicily's thing, not Giovanni's fault, but be aware. Even if you are from country with the same electrical outlets, you will need adapter to use polish/german type - it's not a problem for phone charger as it fits normally, but even Giovanni needs to use some adapters in kitchen for other stuff (kettle, laptop charger). As I said, this is Sicily's thing and does not affect my high note.

Everything, especially referring to price. Place has home atmosphere, Giovanni is a great host, always ready to give you some advice or to just small talk. Apart of room (small, but it was expected, cheap and enough for us), there are some common place in the kitchen or terrace, which is open for everyone in any time, with addition of coffee, tea and some stuff to cook something. Always warm water with very good pressure in bathroom. There is also air condition in room available and all place is clean.

Giovanni the host and his apartment was just wonderful. Giovanni gave all the information in advance including getting there from the airport which was very helpful indeed. He also responds very fast and tries to help in anyway with a warm smile. Great location, clean and comfy room with delicious Scilian breakfast! I would definitely go there if I have the occasion to visit Palermo again!

Giovanni is a fantastic host and made us feel very much at home. He gave us lots of information each day about Palermo and travelling to surrounding areas such as Agrigento, Mondello and Monreale. Our room was spotlessly clean and it is all tastefully furnished Breakfast was fantastic with Giovanni giving us a choice of what we wanted each morning. Communication was very good. The kitchen and lounge area was available all day which was a real bonus. It is well located near the train station and main sights and the local area is lively at night.
