We liked everything, but maybe a bit pricey.

Very quiet location, yet, very close to the historic centre. It was 5 min walk from restaurants and cafes. And less than 30 min walk from interesting sights: seaside, MANN, ...Breakfast was varied and abundant. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and with a good hot shower. Vanna, our hostess, was really helpful and kind giving us lots of advice.

It is a B&B - not a hotel. Keep that in mind and you will be happy!

The host is amazing. She really cared about our well being and recommended places to go to, where to eat, helped organise our trips, and was just super friendly and welcoming overall. I do fully recommend staying there. We have been there for five nights - and would do it again without any hesitation.

The location was in the historic centre - great if you want to be right in the middle of things. It was very convenient for getting around, and plenty of restaurants, however we found it too busy and hectic.

The host, Vanna, was wonderful: warm, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The room was large and airy, and the breakfast and coffee were very good.

In the shower you need to wait a while for hot water.

The property has a central but quiet location with a lovely view from the French balcony. Funicolare, metro and via Toldeo are a stone’s throw away, as well as plethora of shops & restaurants. Vanna is a considerate, professional and available host. Spacious & clean room (we stayed in the green room with mezzanine) with ac, coffee machine, kettle and even a fridge. Nice breakfast with local delicacies like sfogliatellas.

We loved everything about this property ❤️ First of all, Signora Vanna is exceptional, extremely welcoming and very helpful. Our room (orange room) was exactly as described in the photos and very clean. After a busy day, we appreciated the fact the property had a lift. The location is fantastic: just off Toledo Street, the Main Street for shopping, 3 mins away from Metroplitana station and walking distance from the famous Spanish Quarters and Spaccanapoli. Each morning we were greeted by delicious smells from the kitchen, nice variety of sweet and savoury home-made food. We definitely recommend 😊

The room was huge and well equipped - coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, stunning balcony views. Ideally located for central, old town Naples and for Toledo. 3 minute walk to the metro. Breakfast was a delight too - we're craving our morning sfogliatella still! Vanna was so helpful without being overbearing. Any advice we wanted, she gave. Always greeted us with kindness and a smile. Such a wonderful host!

Excellent location within easy reach of the historic centre, Spanish quarter and the main palaces. Near to Metro which made finding it easy although being so central we were able to walk everywhere else. Our host was outstanding, pleasant, helpful and there were many lovely personal touches around that made our stay very comfortable.
