The exit to the main road towards Como is a bit dangerous, so maybe installing one of those mirrors would be nice.

As an architect I was impressed by the building. I loved the glass in the shower so we could face the bedroom and the lake from there. The view is amazing. Wifi worked well. Friendly staff, helped us to figured out what to do and great communication. Breakfast was amazing and full of options. We were really happy staying there.

In hind sight we would 100% rent a car as it’s quite expensive to use taxis into como town. We used maps and discovered there were 4 local busses a day directly outside of the B&B. Other than that there’s nothing to dislike.

The staff went above and beyond to answer any questions we had, really great communication via WhatsApp! The softest bed ever and had a great nights sleep, lovely to wake up with views over the lake.

Rooms are clean, spacious and the view over the lake and the mountains is absolutely stunning. Como city is 5 min distance from the hotel, by car. Staff is very nice and communicative. They prepared us very good breakfast in the morning.

We booked the hotel for a view of the lake but had not fully appreciated how far the town was and had to rely on taxis to go into and from Como to the hotel. The bus service is an option but needed careful planning.

The view was wonderful to wake up to. The vibe in the hotel was so peaceful and you were left almost completely alone except for breakfast time. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them.

You should pay attention that the hotel is located not in the city of Como so you will need a taxi or car to get there. The staff kindly helped us and gave up a lift there and back for 20 € in each direction.

We had really nice room with scenic view and balcony. The location os perfect for those who are looking for quiet place to relax and enjoy the nature and beauty of the Lake of Como. We were provided with everything we needed.

Noise in the morning when the team was preparing breakfast we was in room 1 which was next to the breakfast area and from 8am you can hear the plates and the team moving around getting ready.

The location is great, the rooms are large and very comfortable! The view is also wonderful, directly overlooking of the Lake Como. The staff is very helpful, very friendly and polite! The breakfast was also very good.

Advisable to have a car if you’d stay here otherwise must arrange transportation or coordinate with the hosts. I was told that bus stop was only 10-15 mins walk but it’s not. It’s very dangerous to walk as there were no pedestrian lanes and cars drive so fast. Without a car, must prepare budget for taxis all time.

Room is nice and spacious. Unlimited coffee and drinks displayed in the lobby. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We tried walking down the way to the bus stop but it was far and dangerous and we called the B&B staffs and they saved us in the middle of the street.
