Take into account that in Tuscany the heating is switched off until 1st of November. We stayed at the end of October for 1 night and we were not cold because there were enough blankets. It was also a rainy day.

The owner was a gentleman, very nice and helpful.The breakfast was also very good. It was in the house itself, with the other guests, like a small living room, very cosy.

A beautiful villa with stunning views of Tuscany. We loved having breakfast outside with the views. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate the night before our wedding. Great food, lovely shower and comfortable bed.

It was perfect!

Such a friendly and welcoming host ( Emmanuel) He was very attentive and gave us recommendations for visits and restaurants. He even washed our car down - dusty from 2 weeks in the dry and sunny Tuscan countryside! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and quiet and the breakfast was delicious 😋 Such a beautiful setting in the olive trees with a lovely swimming pool.

It was absolutely fantastic, very peaceful and picturesque with lovely views. Super clean and very well kept. We absolutely loved it. Emanuel the owner was so friendly, and is an amazing host and looked after us over our 8 nights we stayed. Definitely recommend!

Definitely exceptional space for staying. Calmness, trees around, privacy you have here is priceless. You can relax, enjoy the view and swim in the pool. The owner is really helpful and friendly, he can even help you to choose places to visit and which restaurants are the best in the neighbourhood. Breakfast is outstanding, you can eat sweet or salty things or both, as you wish and enjoy your coffee in the morning. It is also served outside with the view so simply perfect. Rooms are cleaned every day, are equipped with hair dryier, air conditioning and even radiator which you can turn on so towels and swim suit will dry quickly.

I wish they switched the pool lights on in the evening so it would have been a good place to sit in the evening when it already got dark.

Very quiet and cozy place to stay for at least couple of nights and enjoy the countryside. The rooms are spotless with private bathrooms, the host is utmost nice and brings fresh pastry every morining and makes good cappuccino. The pool is very clean and a perfect place to relax during a hot day. Perfect stay for couples!

Everything was above expectations. This was a little tuscanian experience I was looking for. Comfy room, friendly owners running the place, good breakfast with great coffee. Place to chill out.

Two things that can be improved: (i) isolation of rooms: at night or early in the morning you hear other people’s voices from their room; (ii) pool could have been heated (even with the hot whether it was cold)

Very kind host who gave us a lot of advices on what to do and where to eat around the area; the breakfast was high-quality with a lot of choice (fresh croissant every morning); amazing view and isolated location (what we were looking for).

The rooms lack privacy as they are all situated just off the main dining area.

Nice views with a great swimming pool and lots of deck chairs for sunbathing. The house is pretty and rooms are comfortable. Emanuel is a super host, he's really friendly and accommodating!

Would of loved more storage place in the bathroom & a cup for toothbrushes 😊

This place was perfect! So much so that we decided to stay another night and shorten our stay in Rome. The beautiful Tuscan hills surround the country house from all corners and chilling by the pool is the perfect thing to do after exploring the city of Florence for a few days. The host, Emanuele, it’s super friendly & helpful and he made us feel right at home.

Everything was amazing, the location is incredible set back away from the road, exceptional views. The peace and quite is just what we needed. Emanuele the host was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming, had great recommendations on where to visit in the area and even suggested places to eat. The breakfast is traditionally Italian with fresh pastries and meats etc. I can’t wait to come back.
