The tap water wasn’t my favorite, and the place could use a little maintenance, but it is still fully functional and a great place to stay.

The location, and the building were great, the beds were very clean, and the facilities were all functional.

Towels do not smell nice (but were clean), as well as the toilet in general (sewage smell). The heathing in March was between 17-08h. Small fridge which was very loud. Poor soundproofing. Just one plastic cup in the room, the microvawe and ketler are available for use but only in the reception area.

The location is great. The clenliness is okay, you get nice bedsheets and good pillows, also the matrace is new. Good shower with hot water. The towels are replaced daily. Some nice toiletries are provided. Strong WiFi signal. All day reception access.

There were no clothes rack for wet clothes and there were bugs.

The place is just opposite a very beautiful park with lots of trees and there were jazz concerts when we were there which we enjoyed a lot.

Homeless sleeping outside door. Not their fault though because sadly Rome is full of homeless that sleep on cardboard on the streets.

the shower leaked out the bottom. told the staff, they said they would fix it with silicon while we were out that day but didn’t. didn’t make too much of a difference but just something to note.

The facilities are old and need updating but if you’re just sleeping there it doesn’t really matter. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location makes up for it.

The location is probably the best part. Walking distance the colosseum and restaurants. There’s bus stops and the metro less than 100m away. There’s a grocery store around the corner too.

It is a basic room, just don't expect too much. Also we didn't come to Rome for a room , So there is not much not to like if you use it for sleep and afternoon rest

The location was perfect, walking distance to most of the major attractions and termini , and the taxi wasn't more than 11e from Trastavere and Piazza del Populo

Next to the Hotel, there is a disco/pub that is so loud.

It was close to the Colosseum. It took 10 minutes to walk there. And Roma Termini is also close.

The TV was not working. The flexible racord below the bathroom sink was dripping water and it pooled a little in a corner. No soap at all in bathroom, letting aside some plastic-envelopes with shampoo.

Location was good, real close to Colloseum, metro & train station. The gentleman from front-office was quite kind and helpful. Has an working elevator, that's a plus.

* The WiFi doesn't exist: websites don't even load and it caused us a lot of issues when we are trying to book for attractions. * Bathroom is tiny, with cold water only * The fridge in the roomy is very loud and walls are thin, even if you aren't a light a sleeper you will still struggle to go to sleep with how loud it gets

Windows could have better sealing against noise and temperature loses. Mould in the very corners of shower was not very pleasing (but still seen worse).

The location is great and was easy to orientate thanks to the near Termini. Price/quality ration corresponds. Personal was helpful and willing. Bed was big and comfortable, only bit sqeaky. Equipment was simple and we didn´t miss anything.

It was cold in the room at night, but they told us it is no heating season. In that case they should offer heater. The furnitures need renovation.

It is very quiet, and the metro station is five minutes from there. The bed and the pillow are comfortable. We got cleaning every day.

The female on the reception desk was super unfriendly. When I came with the request to fix Wi-Fi she did nothing, with an angry face said to be content with what you have.. The sockets didn’t work properly (1/3 was working and so bad). The wifi was bad and slow.

Location is great, cheap. The male staff was friendly.
