We had to use a shuttle because it was up a steep hill. Would have liked something closer to town. The room was dark and too small.

This is extremely nit picky, but would love a full length mirror. That’s about the only thing I’d add for improvement. Still a 10/10 for us!

We absolutely loved our time staying at Il Parco! We were there for four nights during the second week of October, and we’re very lucky with decent weather most of the time. The B&B is outside the main part of Monterosso, about 10 minutes walk up and down the hill (longer depending on fitness levels), however, there is also an hourly shuttle van if desired or needed. The property and grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable without being pretentious. I can only speak for our room, but our shower was incredible - honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet, especially in Italy, with the option for eggs or pancakes cooked to order. We ate out every night, but saw other guests bringing food back to eat on their personal patios, or at a communal table on the grounds. The pool was cold but perfect at the end of the day, even just to sit by the lounge chairs and stare out to sea - we had this area to ourselves pretty much every afternoon we were there. Marta and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. If ever we find ourselves returning to that area, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only suggestion I have is a more comfortable bed, where you can't feel the split between the mattresses. We slept just fine, but the bed could be better.

I absolutely loved my time at Il Parco. Marta picked us up when our train arrived, no problems there. The shuttle service was convenient for getting to Il Parco from town, but my husband and I usually went back and forth by foot. We stayed in unit #1, which had an incredible view of the ocean, framed by olive trees, with a little enclosed patio where I enjoyed my coffee each morning. Breakfast each morning was delicious and substantial. We chatted with other guests, but there is plenty of space and privacy on the property to have a quiet experience as well. We are completely charmed by Monterosso itself, and we certainly hope to return.

The light by the bed is a little dim to read by for an older person.

The breakfast was perfect and the view of mountains and the sea is fantastic. The shuttle provided is crucial since the location is on top of a hill and the walk down is easy but the walk up Would be very challenging. Also the pool and relaxing patios are wonderful to use after a day of hiking!

The location is wonderful - it's away from old town and a very quiet, peaceful place to relax. The pool and grounds are beautiful as well. The staff were so helpful and kind during our stay and there is an hourly shuttle that made it easy to get around town from the hotel.

The room was compact and beds were not the most comfy. Fortunately the weather was perfect, not much space for indoor relaxation.

Views, beauty and layout of the property, refreshing plunge pool, and Marta's hospitality and help with transfers were amazing!

We loved everything about our stay. It was as an oasis of peaceful gardens, a beautiful view and a pool to enjoy an afternoon swim. Breakfast on the balcony with great views and freshly made pancakes was a great start to the stay. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Can’t find anything negative to say

Beautiful bed and breakfast. Very lovely with gorgeous views. The property had. Really nice breakfast al fresco and a nice pool (we didn’t get to use) we were busy running around. The owners were so lovely and communicated so well even before our arrival with detailed instructions. Very lovely family runs it which adds even more to the charm. We highly recommend it to everyone looking for relaxing and charming stay.

Nothing, it was just perfect.

We loved everything about this place. The breakfast was lovely, the views were amazing and the peaceful surroundings was just what you want when on holiday. Marta and her family were so welcoming and helpful and I would stay there again when visiting Cinque Terre. The walk down the hill is fine as it’s 7 mins and if you don’t want to walk the 15 mins back up then you can time it and get the free shuttle every hour from 4.15pm to 11.15pm.

The B&B is set in a terraced, perfumed garden on a hilltop with sea views. Our room was comfortable and had a little outdoor area and a sea view. The pool and the breakfast area were also lovely, again with sea views. Marta, the hostess was also very pleasant to deal with.

This was one of he most beutiful and very well run places we have ever stayed. Marta amd her staff were wonderful. Breakfast on the terrace was dreamy. The view was incredible. The pool was nice. I would encourage anyone visiting the Cinque Terra to stay here.
