The exterior & hallway are sketchy, but this is old, OLD Naples, so not unexpected! Once you get into the room, the short trip from alley to door to upstairs is forgotten. It didn’t bother us at all, though my husband who is 75 had an issue with the luggage and the stairs being so steep & tight. Meet-Greet location could be better explained. We had a driver who had to speak with someone twice to get to the location. We would never have been able to do it! It caused a bit of anxiety for me. I would suggest Piazza Jesu del Nuovo as a perfect drop-off/pick up location. At least from a guest perspective. The apt is only steps away! Providing guests with very specific instructions to give to a driver would be super helpful and maybe alleviate a little potential anxiety.

Close to everything!! Location can’t be beat. The apartment was very well appointed and we lacked for nothing. Hot water, YES!! Plenty closet space. Comfortable bed, good bathroom! The host was friendly & responsive. Arranged our transportation back to Napoli Centrale. Help with the luggage up steep stairs upon arrival was VERY helpful! Bravo e grazie! My husband who initially balked at the gritty entrance ended up loving our stay here! And we fell absolutely in love with Naples & the friendly inhabitants.

Nice location in the historic part of Naples. Step out into the street and straight into an abundance of shops, bakeries and landmarks. The host was friendly and helpful and the room was cosy and had all the necessities.

The value for money was a bit out of balance. The alley and rickety entrance are authentic but also somewhat dirty and unwelcoming.

Not much to complain about but a couple of things to note. We arrived late at night after a delayed flight and the place is not too obvious to find, no sign as far as we could see and no proper reception or anything, just rooms. So do check exact location and directions before you arrive and hook up with your host in advance. Luckily Lorenzo kept in touch and was looking out for us as we wandered up what seemed like a dark alley at about midnight in the old town, thank you Lorenzo....The entrance is on a bit of a New York type back alley!! Remember this is the old town of Naples!!! Once inside up the stairs it was absolutely fine. Breakfast was a coffee and a pastry in the cafe below. Fine for us. Fourth bed was a little small and might not have been great for a full sized adult. My younger teenager is a wee guy, it was fine for him.

Great location, heart of old town, close to everything buzzing the whole time, decent, comfortable and exceptionally clean room and a good size even with two adults and two teenagers. Had basic cooking facilities. The host was helpful and friendly and waited for our late arrival, gave useful recommendations. Room had good air con which was essential in July. We closed up and could not hear the very noisy street outside. However it's really noisy most of the time so if you want peace, look elsewhere or avoid Naples altogether! Cute wee balcony was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Perfectly located in the middle of the old historical center of Napoli. Lorenzo, the owner is very friendly, he speaks english really well and is very organised. He suggested us some places to go and were goos suggestions. The apartment is clean and nicely done. The cleaning lady was as well very nice and friendly and asked if we needed something. We definitely reccomend it!

We knew in advance that the property is in an old building with very hard to climb stairs and a bit cumbersome in terms of getting in and out. Also, it’s on a main street , and the folks in the city love to party!!

This is not Lorenzo's fault, but I realized after checking in that I should have checked if the property had an elevator. I was traveling with an older relative and the three flights to the room were a bit much for her.

The location was incredible; it was very convenient to be right in the historic center. The room was clean and comfortable, and Lorenzo was very helpful.

Excellent location very close to everything specially the very popular streets Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. Spacious appartement very well maintained, very well equipped and very clean. Peaceful sleeping as beds are perfectly comfortable and no disturbing noise Kitchen very well equipped with all you need. Amazing Wi-Fi. Lorenzo, the manager, is extremely helpful and always available anytime even in early morning to provide any service you request. He was waiting for our arrival after midnight knowing that check-in after midnight for free is extremely rare in Naples.

Very good location at Jesu Nuovo. Room was exactly what we needed. Italian breakfast (pasticceria and cofee) at the bar downstairs. Lorenzo and Alex gave us a lot of tips and usefull informations about the city.

The bed had only sheets and no blanket. Probably because of the high temperatures outside in august, but it was not hot at all in the room with air conditioner working, so it would have been more comfortable to have a blanket.

Excellent location to walk around and go sightseeing. The streets around the place are really buzy and full of life in a good way. The staff was really helpful and nice. Room had everything we needed for our stay, the kitchen turned out to be really comfortable to have. Room was clean and looked nice. The air conditioner did a good job so the room temperature was nice even when it was 30 degrees outside. For breakfast you get a croissant and coffee from a cafe in the same building - was really tasty and nice. We recommend this place!
