We didn’t cook, so can’t speak for the kitchen, the only thing we weren’t happy with is the toilet, it was running continuously, which sounded quite loud in the night, even with the bathroom door shut and it kept us awake. We didn’t mention it to the host as we were only there one night.

The bed was not too comfortable. The sleeping couch was really uncomfortable, we had to put a lot of extra blankets to level the bed.

Location was great, close to the centre and very close to nice restaurants. The apartment is on the top floor of the building. It is very cosy and has decorative lighting. From the terrace you have a nice view over the city. To get to shower you really have to watch your head because the entrance is very low. However this is not a problem and it adds to the special character of the room under the roof top.

I wouldn't recommend it to families with babies. In order to get to the room there are too many stairs and it was exhausting carrying our stroller all the time. The bathroom, though spacious, it has this inclined ceiling to get to the shower. The light near the shower and the toilet was not working so we couldn't shower at night. That is also the case with the bed. I would recommend to put an attention sticker there because people can bump their heads really bad (I did once). The bed was really uncomfortable. One more annoying thing is that there are way too many lights and many switches in the apartment. One could spend around 5 minutes turning different switches on and off in order to find a decent lighting for the room. The last thing I am not satisfied with is the rooms management. In the room there is an information sheet with the wifi password among other info. The wifi name and password there is incorrect and they didn't matter changing it. I had to communicate with them in order to figure out which was the right one. Alongside with that I have to mention that they don't pay much attention to the booking.com app/chat. Although I had already updated through the app the information about our arrival and departure time they asked me twice about it in the chat. Moreover, in the facilities section in the app says that for ages 0-15 a cot or an extra bed is free of charge upon request, they asked for an extra 20€ per night when I mentioned that we needed a cot for our baby. I had to communicate with booking.com customer service in order to get that clear and not pay extra. Generally the communication was very difficult since they didn't answer very quickly.

The location was really good. The neighborhood is very nice, full of cute bars and restaurants. It's only a five minute walk to the nearest metro or bus station. The room is well equipped with all the necessary stuff.

- Amazing location, a few mins walk to the Colosseum and short walking distance to everywhere else too. 10 min walk from the Termini bus/train station. - Stylish layout! - Access to top of building nice view - Friendly and helpful owner (she let us check in and leave our bags early before the apartment was ready so we could go explore without carrying them around) - Heating was quick and effective - Lots of natural light from 2 large windows - Plenty of towels, blankets and storage space provided.

Had the worst stay in this place. Here are the reasons why: 1. Had to pull our luggages over a steep slope and not just one but more than 3 slopes to get to this apartments 2. Place had many Low ceilings and we knocked our heads at least 5 times whenever we need to get to the bathrooms and toilet 3. The carpet is very dirty 4. They said they cleaned the place which I paid euro 50++ as part of the cost but the place was not as clean as you expect it. The sink had previous people tooth paste stains and all

Comfortable apartment. On a quiet street. Good wifi. Within walking distance of cafes, pizzerias, supermarkets. Great location, all attractions can be visited on foot. Only 5 minutes to the Colosseum! The administrator is hospitable, organized the transfer, gave good recommendations. Definitely recommend!
