We missed one doors between the room and bathroom (there is just the glass door for toilet and shower). In the room is just one window with "view" on the internal staircase.

The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was kind. The location of room is perfect... Its in a really nice part of the town and close to a public transport, shops, restaurants, sights and attractions.

The windows of the economy rooms were with a view to internal stairway of the building with no fresh air.

not that I didn't like this, just a heads up that there are three keys for the building, the floor door, and the apartment door itself, so it can be confusing. this was our 2nd stay here, so we were used to it, but for first-time travelers it could be overwhelming.

The B&B was expensive although probably not way out of line for central Naples. The flush lavatory in the bathroom was not as vigorous as it should have been.

Breakfast was on the whole good, though on my second morning the squeezed orange juice did not taste fresh. The location was perfect, in the centre of the Chiaia district.

the only negative was the front desk person, not Fabio, who was wonderful and helpful, but his partner who was on duty when we checked out. He was mean to us and sent us to find a locked door at another location of the hotel on the same street so that we can use the restroom before departure. Needless to say the location was locked and he was fully aware.

During our stay there was a concert on in the piazza nearby every night which made it hard to fall asleep. Luckily it wasn’t on unreasonably late though.

Good location near the port, lots of great restaurants nearby and a metro station to go into the centre. Comfortable bed and good sized room. Very pleasantly surprised with the room-service breakfast in the mornings. Grateful that staff allowed us to hold our luggage after check out.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room and the hallway from people smoking in the central stairwell of the building. Poor soundproofing between rooms, could hear TV from the neighbouring room.

Great location in central Naples, approximately 20 minute walk to Centro Storico, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Convenient for the metro to the train station/trains to Pompeii. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast with strong coffee and tasty croissants, delivered to the room. Room was a comfortable size for 3 people.

Poorly managed place, the superior studio we had was OK on first sight but had lots of inadequacies. The bathroom tiles are very slippery but there is nothing to prevent slipping, the shower floods and consequently the entire bathroom floods. We had to use all the towels to stop the water from going on to the wood floor. There is no place in the bathroom to hang anything or put any personal items. The kitchenette is a laugh, its useless since there were no utensils. The breakfast consists of microwaved boxed croissants, jam tins, some fruit and coffee. Passable but If you want some cheese or tomato its an extra 10 euros.

The breakfast was poor and the lowest quality The manager is terrible We were late 40 minutes because of the Saturday night traffic he was calling every five minutes to say that he will leave and let as without room in Saturday night and eventually he told us that he demand 50 euros for the 40 minutes delay,without receipt of course 😀.he could say that from the start and we would avoid all this inconvenience,and my wife the nervous breakdown I recommend him for ‘manager of the month’ award
