We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaSmoking in the restaurant area or at least the smell of cigarettes smoke and the bathtub. It was so high I was afraid I would slip climbing out of it. Also the shuttle didn’t run very early but it might be a reason for that.
We like the cleanliness of the hotel. It was some minor maintenance that needs to be fixed but overall it was a nice clean room.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, pet friendly hotel. They even allowed our dog in the restaurant. Parking accessible even through the hotel, but there is a fee is 16eu per night for the parking. Clean hotel. Exceptional Breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

BelgiumWe did book accessible rooms and did choose the hotel especially for this reason. Unfortunately upon arrival we only had 1 accessible room in stead of the 4 we have asked. They were helpful coming up with solutions, in the end we've managed to make the standard rooms work for us. But best to give a call in advance to confirm the accessible rooms after booking.
Hotel staff was really friendly and willing to search for solutions if needed. Breakfast was good, there were many options and quality of the food was good too. We also had one lunch in the hotel and this was also very nice!

United KingdomThe location is great in terms of the airport, but not very good for anything else. Walking from the train station wasn't ideal, it's more of a place to drive to really. Although very close to the airport I don't think you could walk there, but of course there is a free shuttle bus.
The proximity to the airport is great and the hotel operates a free shuttle bus to get you there. The room was clean and modern, perfect for our needs, which was a place to sleep for one night before flying home 👍

United KingdomThe downside of the hotel is the lobby and the ground floor public areas, which are stark and not very comfortable or welcoming, with lots of very cold white LED lighting. That doesn't make you want to linger there.
The rooms are great, very modern and comfortable, with good facilities; breakfast is pretty good too; reasonably priced parking as well.

United KingdomIf you want to go to the city, taxi will be expensive. The hotel kitchen was closed around 4pm and I had to order McDonalds for lunch... which is unacceptable for a such brand. Room service is restricted as well.
