In my opinion everything was good.

The staff was always very friendly and helped us and supportet us when we had some questions. The breakfast was very varied and balanced and besides quite reasonable.

Clean and spacious room, lots of toiletries in the bathroom, great location right opposite a metro station and a 10 minute walk to the train station, pool was good and staff were friendly. Good breakfast selection. No noise disturbance. 10 minute metro journey to Duomo. Laundry service if required, coffee machine in the room, shower was great.

I would suggest to make slippers and bathrobes directly available in the room.

The swimming pool, the room, the friendliness of the staff at the reception. The terraces above the restaurant offer a wonderful view of Milan's skyline and a great place for a drink.

Really mean reception. We kindly asked reception is there any chance our room to be ready earlier then 2pm. She said that our room will be ready 2pm. We were waiting for a room 2 hours for it. Couple minutes after 2pm we went to ask her is our room ready and she said NO without checking. When we aked other reception, she checked it and gave us the keys. It wasn't good first impression definitely...

Fantastically comfortable beds, exceptionally clean, great location (15 minutes walk from Milano Centrale). Lovely selection for breakfast - if it's good weather, don't forget to check out the roof terrace.

Small room for 4* hotel and it should have been useful to have slippers in the room. Noisy main street and you can feel the vibration when underground trains are passing.

Room 550 next to chambermaid store with wooden corridor outside. Very noisy room from 07.30 in morning. Otherwise Hotel was good location, friendly staff.

The Hotel announces that it provides parking. Nevertheless, not only you have to pay extra for parking your car, but also there was no parking lot available when i arrived. The personnel provided me with a garage near by. This garage, located in via Alessandro Tadino 49 was okeish, although i found a better one a bit further away (dorian parking) for the same price (30 euros per day).

Breakfast was okay. I was expecting to have prosciutto crudo (e.g., prosciutto di Parma), but it was okay anyway.

Great central location, next to a metro station. Friendly staff. Amazing rooftop terrace. Clean hotel, clean rooms with very comfortable bed. Spa zone is good, although the pool's water could be a bit warmer. Overall very good hotel! Definitely recommend!

The location is very good, walking distance from Central station and near a metro station. The room was very clean and confortable. We had breakfast included in the price of the room and was quite nice, diversed, everything you need for both adults and children. The hotel also has a pool and spa, and even though it was small, it was perfect to relax after a day of visiting the city.

Breakfast was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. As many reviewers have said, there is indeed a variety of foods. However the quality is rather poor for a 4 star hotel and it's hard to have an actual healthy breakfast since there are mostly sugar loaded products. Very few vegetables, lots of sweets and cakes. Room for improvement.

Very good location, close to the central station and also to city center if you like to walk. Metro station right in front of the hotel. There is very good customer service. Every request or issue we had was solved. Clean rooms, overall worth the price. Haven't used the spa but it looked great!

The single room was on the first floor overlooking the courtyard and although it was a non-smoking room, there was a constant smell of smoke. Reception staff should make every guest aware of all the hotel's facilities, for example, I didn't know that there was a special corner in the hotel where you could get a free water for refill. Products such as hair conditioner, vanity kit, bathrobe and slippers had to be requested separately in the reception, which was a disadvantage because in other hotels everything is already in the room and is changed or renewed daily.

The hotel is located just 8 metres from the metro station exit and on the main shopping street. The staff were polite, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very varied. The buttery croissants and pastries deserve special mention. Also the fresh fruit and the coffee.
